Prompt service and delivery sooner than expected. Happy days!

My first response is to say that what matters to me most is reliability. I have owned 2 H2O distillers before this one and each lasted about 18 mo. I am hoping that by ponying up the extra cash that this one will endure at least 1.5 x as long to justify that extra up front expenditure. My immediate reaction includes an appreciation of how the cannister fits so snugly against the dispense spout and how that mitigates moisture loss.
Another feature i have appreciated is the protection of the "On switch" so that it is not so incidentally activated without recourse to prevent instant activation when the unit is(sic) cleaned and readied for use.
To reiterate, my primary concern is durability and that is something i can't judge at this point.

FYI: Your response editor keeps insisting on changing my "i"s to js which was very vexing.

Customer service and Tech support were very helpful when I had ordered a wrong replacement filter for our new distiller.

We use our H2O Labs home water distiller every couple of days to distill water for our CPAP machines, and for the various appliances that prefer distilled water. We have never had a problem with it. I’m pleased that the company sells replacement filters and clips, because somehow we misplaced our clip. It arrived very quickly.

This is a very well designed quality product. Anyone who regularly uses distilled water should seriously consider purchasing. We all should do our part to help eliminate plastic.

Overall it is awesome
I love how the user manual was written by someone who has English as a native language.
I have run it almost 48 hours straight, no issues.
What I would change
The lid doesn’t fit when you are running it, super annoying because I forget and it falls off. The lid also falls in the pitcher.
The next is 2-fold
The stainless steel in the pot is too thin, as in too $ saving. If you let the system turn itself off you have a really hard time cleaning it.
So
Thicker more high quality steel and have it turn off sooner.

The 300 works well. I’m using frig filtered water for distilling and enjoy the taste. I run one Vicks humidifier, one cpap breathing machine, and drinking water for two. The distiller is easy to use and descale.

This is the best appliance in my kitchen! I am so happy that I'm able to drink my tap water now after I run it through the distiller. I lessen my carbon footprint with no water bottles in the trash. My coffee and tea taste better now too! Thank you for making a great product. I highly recommend this home distillation apparatus.

The water distiller we bought from H2o Labs works perfectly, has low maintenance, and gives us perfect, good tasting water. We use the distiller seven days a week. A small part, the white pad, which we ordered recently, came within three days. My wife and I are impressed with the H2o Labs people and always recommend them to other possible purchasers. This is a very nice, solid, compact unit that, as advertised, produces about a gallon of distilled water per day.

Fast Shipping is always a plus. I broke the start button on my machine being clumsy. I ordered the part and it was in my mailbox a couple days later! Love it!

I bought some replacement filter cartridges for my distiller unit. I use the distiller several times a week and I am very happy with it. They are expensive, but necessary. You gotta have ‘em

Addition to my first review: Readers might like to know that as of 6/16/2024, this great water distiller is still going strong after more than 3 years of use. I love it and use it almost every day. The installation of a new kitchen faucet with a nozzle you can pull out on a hose and fill the distiller without having to move it has made life even easier.

I ordered Model 300. Had to wait awhile to get it, but the company was pleasant to deal with and the wait was worth it. I have waited to write a review so as to see how the distiller works over time. It has been great, so far.
In order to change the carbon filter after every 60 uses, I keep tally on a scrap of paper taped to a nearby cupboard, marking each time I use the distiller. As of 3/16/21, I am 6 uses into my second filter. The water is delicious. At present I make a gallon almost every day and clean out the deposits at the bottom with a little vinegar only every other time I use it, which doesn't seem to affect anything adversely and saves time and effort.
Our first distiller (produced by another company) was cheap, but within months it began to show little rusty spots in spite of its being of "stainless steel," proving that you get what you pay for. This Model 300 from H2o Labs looks as if it will last and last, and if and when it ever conks out, we expect to buy from H2o again.

Have been making multiple gallons/day since it arrived. Simple and easy to use. Have found far more uses for distilled water than originally intended. Good and useful purchase.

H2O Labs is a great company. They make very high quality water distilling products. They also sell just about every replacement part for their models in the event that something wears out or breaks. I have the Model 200 and it is amazing.

In Love with it. Have a SS countertop 1 Gallon destiller use it 2 times per day some days 3 times. Use it for drinking, coffee, tea, cooking and Colloidal silver making aka for everything. Will save up for a big one to place in the basement and hook up my water filter in sink and fridge.. No more hauling big jugs from the store and no more guilt of waiting so much plastic. Great product, just the right size for us as a 3 person household.
