I just caught them lying about their pricing.
I used to purchase their 400ml bottle at $32 and always questioned why their 290ml conditioner was more expensive.
Suddenly I get an email announcing that their new shampoo bottles are going from 250ml to 290ml which is less shampoo than what I usually get, somehow as of this writing the shampoo price for a smaller bottle increased by $11usd. I’m done with this brand and so should you. Their website doesn’t allow for reviews anymore which says a lot about the honesty values of a brand.

Ok produkter, men ikke noget, hvor mit hår føles specielt fugtede/andet - men hovedårsagen til at jeg startede et abonnement/med at bruge produkterne var i forbindelse med pludseligt større hårtab. Håbede på forbedring efter at have læst og hørt godt om det. Har haft brugt shampoo og hårekstrakt siden december 2022 uden nogen som helst effekt. Det er simpelthen for dyre produkter, når de ingen forskel gør (for mig i hvert fald). Tabte faktisk også mere hår et godt stykke tid. Virkelig spild af penge og besvær (større "operation" med at komme ekstrakt i om aftenen inden man går i seng etc.). Herudover er det ikke særlig nemt at påføre ekstraktet - men hvis det virkede, kunne man leve med det. Bare øv.

Honesty is the word. I ordered shampoo in the morning and in the afternoon I ask to have it canceled, knowing that it could possibly be too late. My reply was “sorry but your product has already been delivered! Of course I looked just in case it flew here but there was no shampoo to be found. This kind of PR if you can call it that, is what it detest in a company!

Efter flere års brug af produkterne forsøgte jeg én enkelt gang med en ny shampoo af andet brand. Det gør jeg ikke igen. Jeg er tilbage til balancing shampoo og Daily conditioner - og mit hår og hovedbund mærkers det på med det samme.

Let me tell you about Hårklinikken. I started ordering with them about 6 months ago. The first order I placed I was charged $15USD shipping. With the price of the product, plus the shipping, plus the conversion to USD was a bit costly... but OK.

2nd time I ordered, they charged me $25US shipping, plus once I got my order, I was asked to pay an extra $25 in customs. Made for an even more expensive order.

This last time, I go to my subcription and want to go see how much they will charge me in shipping. Well it didn't even give me a chance to review my charges, and immediately charged my card. This time they charged be $31USD shipping! I get on the chat right away and ask what is going on. Was not given straight answers about why shipping was now twice as much, but yet, I wasn't given a chance to review or select shipping methods that would have explained the increase. So I ask to cancel my order. I want a refund

I am told they do not refund as a policy as every extract is mixed specifically for the individual. The order that I didn't place myself and that the system placed for me was barely 10 mins old. There was no way the extract had been mixed yet. After a bunch of insisting, the rep finally said my order had been cancelled and I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days.

So 5 days later, no refund. We are talking about $250CAD here, not a small amount. I get back on the chat. First rep I speak to goes silent for over 5 mins. So I stop chat and start a new one. Ask about the refund. Rep tells me she is terribly sorry but when they initiated the refund a week ago, that they forgot a step so it had never been issued. But now that had been done. So now I have to wait another week for a refund. I asked, since they messed up this whole ordeal many times over, were they planning on offering me some sort of compensation, points or something for all the time I wasted and well, their compiled mistakes. I was told no. That's not their problem.

Nice eh? The thing is.... it is a good product. I just don't want to give them money again because of how little they value me as a customer. I am really angry right now and will be sharing this review to media and my socials as well.

Helt igennem verdens bedste oplevelse at komme på Hårklinikken!! Personalet er søde og TOP professionelle. Deres naturlige produkter er velegnet til alle hår - og hovedbundstyper.
Mit hår har aldrig været sundere end det er nu :D

The company looks very professional but after reading the bad reviews, alarm bells rang so i investigated further.

1. Before the product arrived at my home I requested a refund from their Danish office (not from the rep who sold me the product). Fortunately, she agreed and processed it within a week. The products were returned to their office unopened.

2. Looking more closely at their website i realised there was zero science behind their claims. They are taking people's money with no proof that their product works. I asked several people at Harklinniken the following: 'What is the specific active ingredient that makes hair regrow? And what is the specific mechanism by which it causes hair to regrow?'
The answer i got from two people was, 'All the ingredients combined helps hair growth. It is not a single component that does it solely. The ingredients would not work apart.'

This means -- they have zero evidence that their product works. Zero tests have been done on their ingredients to prove their claims. They cannot say specifically why their product triggers hair regrowth (because it does not, it's a scam)

3. Shocked by their false marketing to customers i reported Harklinniken to the Danish Consumer Ombudsman (easy to find via google). I reported that they were making false, unprovable claims and taking a lot of money from people. The Ombudsman thanked me for letting them know but they said that, with limited resources, they can't act unless they receive more complaints. "When we decide whether to investigate a complaint, among other factors we consider the number of complaints we have received regarding the company or industry, and whether the core of the problem affects many consumers.
Even though we do not take further steps in relation to your complaint, it is of considerable help to us as it provides us with valuable insight into the issues that consumers come across on the market."

I am amazed that they are allowed to make such bold claims for a product, and charge so much, when they have zero evidence that (or knowledge of why) it 'works'.

I read the reviews; believed the hype; tried it for over a month and have been losing more hair now than I ever did. Was impossible to schedule the consultation because the availability was always during my work hours. Chalked up to another lesson learned and more money wasted.

I used the extract for three days and had really bad headaches. When I contacted the company, they refused to give me a refund.

Rigtig god betjening

Jeg har brugt shampoo, balsam, hårmaske og hair hydrating creme i flere måneder uden en reel forbedring af min hårstruktur. Min seneste tur hos frisør (hårolog) bekræftede, at mit hår fortsat mangler både næring og fugt, trods brugen af produkterne.

I had been a Rogaine customer for a few years, but it changed the texture of my hair so I thought I'd try Harklinikken. It is pricey, but I had high hopes. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner. It made my hair soft. However at those prices I can find a similar product elsewhere and save money. As for growth, I had ZERO. Nothing. it was a huge disappointment. It was also a pain to have two things to do 30 minutes apart. After 6 months I'm back to Rogaine and happy.

Har brugt deres produkter Ca. 1 års tid, har mærket en mindre effekt, har gået i Amaliegade, og har fra start følt, hende jeg gik hos, var meget overfladisk og mekaniseret, og det har gjort jeg har mistet tilliden til deres produkter.

I am writing this review to warn potential customers with Silver and/or White hair that it has the potential to STAIN their hair YELLOW as it has mine! I have contacted them and notified them about what has happened to me. First and Foremost I wish to mention that Ricki Lake's story is what sold me on the product and because she has silver hair, I thought that this would be a safe and viable option. I started my journey with an initial FaceTime consultation. The representative recommended what she said was a custom blend to thicken up my hair and I signed up for the automatic delivery program. I started using it and over time noticed that my hair was beginning to look yellowish, a few people even mentioned it to me. I stopped using the product and went online to schedule a followup appointment with one of their reps again via FaceTime. I explained the situation and she said that this has happened before to other clients and I should have been warned that this was a possibility during my initial consultation. Well I was not forewarned, and had I been, I would never have even tried it! The rep told me that she would speak to her senior staff and see what they can do. In the meantime I went to Sassoon Salon in NYC and had them assess the situation. They told me that my hair was stained by a plant product and there would be not way to get out! They did try, but to no avail. So I had them cut my hair shorter because now I will have to grow it out :( which may take up to 2 years. The rep emailed me the response from senior staff and they told be that I should use this particular brand of purple shampoo called Fanola but all it did was stain my hair purple. I now had to go to another salon to remove it because it was so potent. They did refund me for 2 orders out of 5 but in no way does that make up for my anguish. I asked the rep if I could speak with the senior staff personally and she said that this was the best that they could do and that they would not be able to speak with me. I believe that they should be held accountable. There is no disclaimer on their website, and yet they have Ricki Lake and another Silver Hair model featured. Ricki Lake is a Sponsored Endorser of this product. She is all over Instagram telling her story. I am not even sure if she is aware of this since it did not happen to her. Something needs to be done about this!!!!! People have the right to know...

Jeg er super tilfreds, og er netop startet endnu et forløb, synes det går den rigtige vej.
Det eneste jeg tænker er at efter hver forløb hvor jeg skal til konsultation skal betale 375, for 20 min. Og så bare som sagt fortsætte. Det burde i kunne gøre på en anden smart måde😄
