Scam Alert
This company presents false information across the board. The names, website, and email addresses are all fabricated. The people contacting me use generic aliases like David, Jack, and Jim. They’ve called me at 4:30 in the morning and sent texts at 5:30. One caller, hiding behind a blocked number, claimed I could receive $25,000 in funding if I first paid him $5,500. This was after I explained I’m a hospice caregiver for my dying grandmother and requested no further contact due to being on the Do Not Call registry.
Despite that, the harassment continued through texts, emails, and phone calls. This behavior is abusive and unethical. It appears they may have obtained personal information from previous pandemic-related funding applications. If you applied for a PPP loan and now receive constant outreach from fake financial agents, your data may have been compromised too.
This operation is deceptive, predatory, and deserves investigation. I urge others to be cautious and report similar experiences to the appropriate authorities.

David was very helpful and did his best to get me funding within a few hours. Despite my credit rating he was able to help me and get it done.

I kept getting calls from Kevin Parker, and finally decided to apply after checking HAC Funding out.

My application was received and they asked 4 months of bank statements, which I promptly sent over. The calls stopped as did all forms of communication. After a couple of weeks, I called and left a message. I never received a return call. I called again on a different day and was told that Kevin was busy but that my application had been declined due to an open default. I have no open defaults either personally or on my business.

I have received no satisfactory answer concerning any alleged default, and no proof for followup.

Working with David was great. He is efficient, explains everything clearly, and takes the worry out of it. I am glad to be working with HAC Funding. They really know what they are doing, especially for first-timer clients like us. There were no hidden demands or fees or any issues. All above board and fast. Thank you!

I was contacted by phone and after looking into the company the front looked decent enough. I applied for their loan and after 9 tries to get their pandadoc online app to work I gave up and sent what I coud. it was very basic and I couldn't enter all the pertinent info.
I applied and they said 48 hours, its been 2 weeks with no reply from their rep, company or other. I'm very concerned due to the senstive nature of financial information sent. bank statements, SS #s etc. I believe this to be a scam company-watch out. I'm closing out all my accounts that I sent them. What an absolute nightmare this is.

Kevin was able to get my pest and termite control company the funds that we could use and found a product that worked for us great! His correspondence and readily available via phone and email was what set him apart. He streamlined the process for the lender. Kevin made this process as easy as possible. I will definitely be using their company again in the future to draw more capital for our business when needed excellent customer service, very friendly and down to earth.

I’ve used different lenders in the past and by far HAC funding was my favorite, they were open and honest with me and never made me wait for an answer, they are on top of everything and will get you the best possible offer.
