Immediately one of the models that used the least credits was disabled as it was apparently for members only. Also, while generating I was put into the 'Non-Members Queue' that had a 7 minute waiting time. So much for being a paying user. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Man kann trotz vernünftiger Prompts von dieser AI keine gescheiten Videos erstellen. Die Bewegungslogik ist absolut irrealistisch. WAN (bei Pollo AI kostet es nur ein Drittel an Credits was Hailuo kostet) liefert deutlich bessere, realistischere Ergebnisse als Hailuo. Kommt Hailuo von Halluzination? Das würde es zumindest erklären.

This is a follow up on my previous review. I was able to prevent them from getting my money. If anyone out there uses a credit card to subscribe to Hailuo.com or any other bad company if you are no satisfied instantly call your credit card company and cancel your credit card and replace it will a new card. The new card has a new 16 digit number and 3 digit security code. My credit card company had me to do that. They say it takes at least a day for a pending purchase to fill. By doing so it saved me a $105.00 and the credit card company the time dealing with a bad company.

I purchased the yearly "Standard" subscription plan and at the time of purchase, the plan explicitly included 1,000 monthly credits plus an additional 100 daily credits, totaling approximately 4,000 credits per month. Without any advance notice or consent, Hailou recently altered the terms of this plan by eliminating the daily 100-credit allotment. This amounts to a loss of 3,000 credits per month, which is a substantial and material change to the agreement I entered into when I paid for a full year of service. This change is not only unfair, it could reasonably be considered deceptive and a breach of contract. I paid for a service that included specific daily credit entitlements, and removing those benefits mid-subscription is unacceptable. My request for a Refund or Reinstatement of Promised Daily Credits has been ignored.

No more free daily credits? Guess I'll be saying good bye to this application. You use to get 50 free daily credits and since their last update they've obviously terminated this free option. This will make me go to other locations.

This thing is not consistent in its generations and if you're trying to make a clipped video of multiple 6 second vids for the same identical character it is a total gamble of what you'll get each generation. Even if you're very prompt specific it can do some wild odd things for generations. I paid for a month and had my card stolen and it was this site as all my other transactions were normal local. Glad I don't have a ton of monthly subscriptions as my bank is being super slow at sending me a new one.
Be leery of canceling it and still have fraud charges go through. Customer service is non existent and less than helpful and it's all blame the customer. Instead of making it right. They'd rather have a tarnished reputation over keeping clients. The 1k credits isn't that much and if you blow through them all in a few days that's it for 30 days. I've found other vid generation forms that are better and switched to them. And you know you get free monthly credits over and over again.
