I had blood tests in the last 10 years that showed that I have very low iron levels in my blood and every supplement and diet that I tried didn’t do the trick. Finally this year I found the iron supplement from hair today more tomorrow and even though I haven’t got any hair problems it has helped me no end with my low iron deficiency.

The other thing that has been amazing about this product is that it doesn’t coz constipation like the other ones I tired so I can’t rate this product enough!

It has been a revolutionary experience for my health and I am so pleased I discovered it!!

I have seen Sara Allison a few times and over the years I’ve kept purchasing her M&O’s as Sara has researched it all so extensively to create her all-in-one go to vitamins & omegas. That added with Iron & Vitamin D, as you can’t really add in to the multi-vitamin effectively, it makes getting the right stuff really easy and know that you have a good quality programme. I feel very lucky that I don’t have to trawl through lots of websites / shops to find all the vitamins that I need. :) Meg L

I love this product so much and I have seen a difference my only thing Is my shampoo pump was broke and not working when I received it but I opened it without pump and still is great product s as no my hair has started growing back after being sick so thank you

The shampoo and conditioner are very expensive . both of them have caused less hairfall but they dry the hair . I have been recommended hair mask and hair serum to sort the issue . 3 stars for that .

4 starts for the iron, vitamins, B12 and multi vitamins, they have increased my levels and not deficient in them now .

Better hair since last 15 months , hopefully gets even better in next 6 months. Will review again with better results . Thank you.

The L-Glutamime is very high quality and helps with digestion, sluggish gut and general digestive system related problems. I take it daily and have noticed a vast improvement in my health. Acid reflux is also gone and the oesophageal candida that I regularly suffered from is under control. I have been taking the L-Glutamime for over a year now.

I love the rejuvenating skin cream. I have sensitive skin which can also be dry and sometimes oily. This has the perfect texture- it feels very nourishing. I like that it contains essential oils and other nutrients for the skin and that it's organic and natural. It also smells gorgeous and is beautifully presented.
