I have purchased the same hair system 4 times. Each system lasted me 10 - 12 months. Very durable. Great quality

Been buying from Hairpiece Warehouse since 2013. I go through a hairpiece every 3-4 months and they’ve never let me down. The quality’s always been solid and the prices have stayed reasonable. Very consistent product every single time. What I really like is when I call to reorder, the folks actually recognize my name and remember what I usually get. Makes it easy. That kind of thing matters when you’ve been dealing with the same company for years.

Have been using Hairpiece Warehouse for around 10 years. The units are very consistent in color and density and are of a much higher quality than other sites I have ordered from in the past. Customer service is awesome. Website makes ordering easy and I normally receive stock units within 3-4 days. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality hair system at a great price!

100% Satisfied with Hairpiece Warehouse for their quality, service, friendly staff and fast service. I remain their faithful customer for the past 10 yrs after leaving a men's hair club where I was paying ridiculous membership prices and unhappy with their hairpieces. I have been buying stock units from Hairpiece Warehouse for around 3 years. I had a problem with the gray content on 1 unit and they replaced it with no problem. The quality is very good and the price is reasonable.

I have been a customer of hair piece warehouse for over a decade. I have always found the quality of their stock to be great. I have never had a problem with customer service, although wait times during the pandemic were LONG, but that is not the Company's fault! I plan on ordering more pieces soon!

I have been buying from Hairpiece warehouse over 3 years now. Buy in stock French or Swiss system. Have to say quality is always consistent and great - which is a must for me. Easy process to order and swift delivery as well. Highly recommend them. Love thier customer service - always top notch.

OMG. The most rule person over the phone. Would not even let me finish my concern before she talked all over me. No people skills at all. Even from the the beginning she interrupted me during the greetings. Tell me ur name for I can find u on the system as I was saying good morning. It only went downhill from there. People with that attitude should not be talking with good paying customers. I am a repeat customer. I was only expressing my concern and I was ready to order another system. I was gonna request a discount cuz the system was only 2 months old. She couldn’t say NO fast enough. I wonder if she was this way cuz my name is of Latin decent or is she is way straight across the board. I ask to speak to the manager on duty or the owner, her reply was was I’m the MOD at the moment. Owner please take her off the phones you just lost a customer.

No one should order from her. I forgot her name as I became upset over her attitude.

The customer service was all nice and helpful til I reported that they missed a PU strip in the 4 units I ordered. Kay was the lady told me that she would refund $20 for each system when I called in to confirm if that's the case, and she did confirm and I said it's fair. However, HW sent me a $40 check instead of $80. When I let them know, they wanted me to send back all 4 units and get a refund. I will, but it's wasting all the time I waited - 3 months. The most important thing is they didn't keep their word. I could accept $40 if Kay, the lady offered $20 refund for each unit, admitted that she was telling me the wrong refund amount. I wish I could talk to the owner or manager. I may ask to talk to the manager/owner after this rewiew. This was the conversation between us in the email:

You may have misunderstood me. You were missing one(1) PU strip across EACH of the 4 units.
That is $40.00.
When we notified our Production Team of their error. they only offer us $5.00 each for the error and we paid $10 each for a single missing PU strip to you.

There was no misunderstanding. I actually called you the second time to confirm that it's $20 for each unit and you said yes and I said that's fair. Your production team made an error and they indeed have to redo the order. If they don't make it right, I will file a claim with my credit card.

We will refund you in full for all four units, once they are returned to us.
We cannot re-do the units, as there is not a production defect-there is only an omission, which we compensated you for.

they don't deliver as described at all and customer services are the worst! The FTC is now interested in them

I have been mostly happy with the systems I received from Hairpiece Warehouse over my first year as a customer (I think I purchased six total). I don't believe their scalp area are as natural looking as others I have had, but overall very nice for the price. However, I had one flop recently and though Hairpiece Warehouse agreed to refund my money, it was only after a very difficult conversation with an unpleasant customer service person. When I asked to speak with her manager, she refused to provide me with his name. It was at this point in the conversation, she offered the refund. I am satisfied with the outcome, just not the process.

I bought a stock French lace system From HPW as a stand in for the overpriced one I got from a hair club. It has suffered some serious abuse but six months later it is still going strong despite the fact I accidentally cut it a couple of times whilst trimming off the inevitable pull through hairs. I actually fixed the holes myself. The colour of the system has faded slightly (I spend much time outdoors) but it is still a natural looking colour. It shed a fair bit after a couple of disasters washing it (I managed to get it into a mass of tangles) but despite that, it still has masses of hair. The price was incredible - I think I paid about $160. I have since switched to one of their stock French lace with poly back and sides units. Been wearing that for a month now and hopefully it will perform the same as the last one which I now keep for backup..
