Ordered online and next morning was told my order was ready for collection
Went into the store showed the employee my reference number and was given my order.
It was all easy with pleasant staff, and I would have no hesitation using them again

I needed the material and when I had the delivery date sent through to me it didn’t work for me but I emailed Mark Wilson Stephen Morrow and Paul Mc back they help no end and got my delivery out to me on time great response by these guys they were super helpful

I ordered online for click and collect and the order said it had 9 products in stock, and I only needed 2. So I organised a van to collect them early the next day, as I received an email saying the products were ready for collection. Then the man with the van rang me to say they haven't got it in stock and got it wrong online on their stock take. So my whole day was ruined as I had needed the products to build. So I got an email about having the produce in an order the next day. So arranged again for the man with the van to collect. It turns out the person at Haldane's got the size of the product wrong and they had it in-store all this time, so wasted my time and the man with the van's time.
Really disappointed and will think twice about ordering here again.

Robert was a great help with getting bathroom suite ordered. Fiona was great for getting delivery sorted. The crew who delivered the suite was unhelpful. Left the bath on the palette in the driveway and wouldn't help my Dad put it in the hallway

Easy service to use online and delivered within the timeframe provided. shoutout to Keith the driver who actually had went past his scheduled hours on Friday to get my order delivered to begin work over the weekend.

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery.

A little disappointed when I went to collect an item we had ordered and it wasn't in stock. The young lady who served was unbelievably helpful explaining what had happened and the item wasn't in stock. I was offered an alternative better item for the same price. The store isn't that local to me so it would have been a wasted journey. Thank. Great service.
