Fast delivery and great customer service. Good quality doors.

After a delivery mishap which was quickly resolved all was good. I received the order but unfortunately the goods were damaged. I believe this was caused in transit. I cannot praise the service i received thereafter enough.
After sending off a few photos to Gordon at Shawfield the goods were instantly replaced, no quibbles just straight forward customer service.
I would have no problems recommending Shawfield Timber to anyone. Recieved a new delivery a couple of days later. Well done Gordon.

The louvre doors are excellent quality and fantastic service.

Great service

I ordered 2 x louvre doors,the stock width being 5mm
wider than required.I sent an email asking if they could plane the doors down.They were unable to plane them but offered to run them through the saw.
When the doors arrived the cut looked perfect and only needed a light sanding. Shawfield didn't charge any extra and I'm very pleased with the doors.

Ordering was easy and customer service was great. Some of the wood was split otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Easy transaction and quick delivery

Visited on 3 separate occasions whilst helping our daughter build bookcases and every time the guys were extremely helpful.
Great prices and fantastic that they cut wood to size for us.
Would 100% recommend and will use them for any future projects.

Ordered Friday late afternoon and it was delivered first thing Tuesday morning. Driver was very pleasant and helpful. Only slight problem was I did not get told it was arriving that morning

The product was exactly as required. However the delivery left a lot to be desired. It was ordered on 25/3/26 and not received until 7 days later.

For the cheap prices they charge and when I reached out for an exact delivery date they came right back with a date of which they delivered on. I will be returning for the next job I get in.

Quick delivery & competitive pricing. My order was short of an item but I've quick can to customer services and it was sorted. Timber looks good. Highly recommended.

Got 40 3.6m decking boards. Unfortunately 4 were unfit for purpose. Managed to get job done but really need to check it before it goes out. Everything else from ordering to delivery was excellent

Very helpfull guy in sales after ordering online without realising there was no delivery with my purchase sorted that problem and products were delivered on time. Would use Shawfield timber again.

Materials didn't arrive with the order and had to phone a half dozen times before I got a response then a guy told me he'd check what went wrong and phone me back in 10minutes I waited an hour and had to phone back myself then dealt with a further 2 people after that just so they could tell me what I already new they made a mistake and didn't put some of the items on the delivery truck
I asked them to get the missing items sent to me ASAP as I needed them for a job that was commencing the following day and they said they weren't going to be delivering the missing items until the middle of next week so I had to opt for a refund and take time out of my working day to pick up the missing materials myself which wasnt easy considering the missing materials was 400kilos of concrete and some timber
