If I was able to rate you lower I would. Received my roof kit on Tuesday, on Wednesday prepared everything to start but realised epdm rubber sheet had not been delivered. I called and was told it would arrive Thursday, it didn’t, I messaged Thursday night and I’m told it’s been lost. I asked to be given a confirmation date if delivery by close of business today but I haven’t.
