I live in an old stone building and decided to replace the black plastic guttering and downpipes with zinc products so as to look more in keeping with the period. I struck lucky by discovering Trade Warehouse: their website was very clear so I knew exactly what I was ordering and their customer service was excellent in the way my questions were answered promptly.

Very good experience. The product was just as described. Delivery was expected within 2 - 3 weeks but actually arrived in less than a week. Would certainly order from them again.

Easy website to navigate.
Roof sheeting ordered for double garage. Chose sizes so correct overlap with no cutting. Order and payment no problems.
Customer service needs special mention: they spotted i had selected wrong foam infills. Lady from Customer service polite and knowledgeable pointed out my error.
Always kept informed of order status delivery date and time window.
Delivery guy polite and helpful, double checked everything was OK.
Great experience no problems or niggles at all

I was looking to buy CD racks from Ikea to compliment a couple of existing ones. BUT THEY HAVE STOPPED DOING THEM!!!!!
A lot of Google image searching took me to Trade Warehouse who had the closest thing, so I bought a couple.
Well enough engineered and sitting happily at the top of my stairs taking my expanded CD collection.

Thank you, at least someone recognises that size of shelving is still useful!

Bought these metal sheets for a pergola roof . They were delivered as stated and the driver very kindly helped me put them at the back of the property due to an injury I had.

The sheets are well made and I got the 7mm thickness so really tough .
I also bought the screws for fitting the roof securely and boards for the side and front .

It was easy to purchase what I needed and web page was well set out .

I ordered too much as wanted to make sure I had enough for the lads fitting it so now have to think what to do with the three extra sheets .

All in all well impressed with the whole process and quality of the product .

I would say try and get your quantity correct as delivery is not cheap . I had to order twice as we moved in between the origional project and then a redesign at the new property and needing more .

All in all good to deal with and great product.

Says order cancelled due to not having it in stock but its still showing theyve got it on Website. total waste of time and money. dont order here they will waste your time and cancel. not sure if they ever have anytging in stock

Order was forgotten. I had to chase them. They agreed on a delivery date though nothing was delivered on that day. I had to chase them again, item was not produced yet and could not find a solution to speed it up. Customer care is appalling

Good product , arrived on time. I think all in all it was well priced for the equality and I could not get closes to its price by building my own let alone knowing where to start.

excellent service all round just love love love my little-green house highly recommend this company

I have to say doing business with Trade Warehouse is simple, transparent and efficient they have a great range and delivery is super quick, even to Guernsey.

Eliot is fantastic, super communicative and always comes back prompt. Highly recommend this company

I recently purchased a Gazebo from Trade Warehouse. My experience was excellent as the communication made me aware od exactly when it would arrive and the delivery driver took it around to my back garden for me to assemble, as I have some mobility issues.
It was assembled without any issues but realised after a week that the zip on one of the curtains had accidentally been pulled off. I contacted the company and they they gave great advice within a few hours. Highly recommend the company as, from experience with other larger companies, none of what I experienced comes close with them. Thank you Trade Warehouse.
