The initial telephone enquiry was dealt with very professionally, leaving me feeling certain I'd ordered the correct product and that it would be delivered on time. When the materials arrived it was well packaged and exactly what I'd ordered.

I've used Roofing Superstore a few times now and cannot fault them at all, from easy ordering online to really quick delivery. Great company!

Very poor comms and delivery information....archaic and slow. On enquiry the customer service person said nothing could be done to provide a more accurate delivery date..this was on a Monday.
I revised my order to remove an item with 5 to 7days leaving 3-5day leadtime items only. Then get a order on its way email on weds. And another email with list of items all as "Expected Delivery Date: 28/09/2026 " hear nothing till Monday 28th when get a text from v1 delivery re action required..had to Google to see who they were and they matched roofing superstore. Accepted my 4hr slot the next day. Courier arrived dumped goods anywhere and everywhere before trying to pressurise to sign paperwork. Had to show him companies receipt instructions re risks invalidation if anything missing or damaged..hence made him wait while did stock check. Huffed and puffed at but had to be done. Generally ok but sheets had ripped corners.
Yet to install as couldn't plan works due to their poor logistics and comms.
RECOMMEND IF NOT IN A RUSH AND PRICE IS CRITICAL.. Failing that id avoid and go elsewhere

Order placed on 17/09. On 21/09, delivery was confirmed via email for 24/09, and was confirmed as dispatched. Not received by 29/09, when it was clarified it hadn't actually been sent out at all as one item was out of stock. We could have sourced the materials elsewhere if we had been made aware this was the case. As of 30/09, still not received.

Excellent personal service - surprisingly so for what appears to be a big, national supplier with slick website with low prices.

Good communications. Service marred by loose outer wrapping causing displacement of a corner protector for the roofing panels and subsequent damage in transit. Fortunately, this did not impact upon the job which was completed successfully.

Easy to find and order what I needed. Competitively priced.
Delivery was as advised and suitably packaged.
Would happily use this company again.

The order was late, communication about the order being late was non-existent, the products no longer in stock wasn't notified on the website, getting ahold of people on the phone was a lengthy process and return phone calls which were promised never happened.

All in all a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.

Really, really impressed with Roofing Superstore. The website is genuinely easy to use, and the search functionality for materials is very, very good. Everything they supply comes with proper information, clear product descriptions, good pictures, and installation instructions that are quick and easy to download — which is absolutely not the case on a lot of other sites.

On the things I’ve bought, their prices have been really competitive, if not one of the cheapest around. Delivery has also been brilliant so far: normally on time, in full, and without any drama.

I also want to give a big shout-out to Eran in the sales team, who spent 25 minutes talking through a few questions I had. Super friendly, super helpful, and he even threw in an extra little discount. Honestly, it’s always worth calling up if you’ve got a question — the team are really, really helpful and they’ll sort you right out.

Cross Builders were genuinely impressed with the quality of the traditional cast effect guttering that was ordered from Roofing Superstore. The product was well packaged and the delivery was faultless. The client is so pleased with the finished job and it's thanks to the efficiency of Roofing Superstore. If only all suppliers could be as professional and prompt....

I ordered some roofing material on Sept 14 with a delivery date of 21st confirmed s day or two later. The package didn’t arrive and no emai, or call to explain. I called the following day and was told the6 would look into it and get back to me later that day. I didn’t receive a call or email. I called again the following day as my package still hadn’t arrived. I was told this time that the courier had lost it! It would have to be reordered and delivery wasn’t going to be until next week. I did explain that I had set aside time this weekend to complete this project and really needed this a to be delivered before then but was told they would try to see if anything could be done and that they would get back to me later that day. Once again they didn’t.
I called again on Thursday to see what was happening and was told that there was nothing could be done and it would be mid week next week. The guy I spoke to said he would try and find out an exact date and would get back to me. You can guess the rest….
I did ask to be compensated for the poor service and delay but was told no. There’s a surprise!
The annoyance is two fold. Firstly I really needed the materials this weekend and haven’t got them but the most disappointing thing is that nobody has written or called with an explanation or apology. I’ve done all of the call int. Considering I am paying £30 for delivery, I would have expected better.

Bought a Manthorpe GL250-03 drop down loft hatch from this company. Was a little dubious at first as price was much cheaper than other suppliers including Amazon but the product was exactly as advertised. Delivered within advertised time frame and was easy to fit with some diy experience. Happy with the company and the product.
