The total amount due on the Payment Summary page including delivery was £8.33. When I checked my bank statement they had added an extra £39.60 on to the amount due to cover carriage costs. Avoid this company if you are only spending a small amount .

Spent £300+ for some plastic roofing, gave it a reasonable check when it arrived and all seemed good.The weather turned so it was a few weeks untill I could install it.
During installation it was clear 50% of the panels were damaged in the middle of the pack( which i found strange) 4 of which were unusable.
I emailed the company to get a pretty meh reply, basically a few weeks has gone by so F U kinda thing.Eventually offering an insulting 5% off 4 panels.
So the £300+ job is now a +400 job through no fault of my own.
Save the hassle buy local because it will be cheaper in the long run

The roofing panels look great with the anti-drip and being able to have panels the full length of my garage really helped and the delivery was excellent and unloaded them into my back garden

Awful. Place and order and told goods would arrive within 3 days. Three weeks on and numerous emails to the firm (not one from them). Still not confirmed a delivery date. Impossible to cal them just in a hold loop. Non existent customer service. Avoid! Unless you live next door and can go round and stand and wait to be served!!!!

The sales staff were excellent, I needed so much help and had to place more than one order. The delivery guys were also so very helpful placing all the components where I wanted them. My only complaint is when we were taking the protective film off the sheets, we could see scratches which had occurred during the transport of the sheets. When the van arrived the sheets had been so tightly packed in the van as the guys dragged them out the back of the van is when the damage occurred. Apart from this the damage has not effected the over all quality of the sheets which look amazing and meet our expectations completely.

Purchased goods in good faith that the delivery date would be honoured. Day before expected still showing as not dispatched. Phoned, eventually got through, got cut off, no call back, phoned again and advised will follow up and call back. Never called back. Then sent email with delivery date of the day I specifically told them I was travelling on and needed the goods prior to. Now need to try and cancel the order to buy elsewhere but that’s yet another form to cancel and one to advise them won’t be in on that date to take delivery. I am sure the customer service agents are harassed but it’s not good enough when you don’t consider the needs of your customers and put them first above your own interests. Would never use again.

Easy to use online ordering. Great product, great customer service when there was a slight delay in delivery.
They would easily get five stars except for the delivery service they used which was very poor.

Upon delivery, there was a handwritten note at the address saying "Tape is missing." The paid-for goods were not delivered, but nobody cares about that anymore...
