Roofing Megastore Reviews

Choice and price was ok, service is atrocious. 3-5 working days became 7, then we supposedly rejected delivery, no visit confirmed by CCTV, then a 1 man drop because no notice was given, he just turned up. he was ok, service is so bad!!!

It all arrived on the day that I was given

The website seamed very convenient with the calculator, good choice of products. But the service is absolutely horrifying!! They charge you £80 for delivery (a small order, added 2 guttering pieces and it turned into £120), that will take them 10+ days. Plus, they are sending items in separate orders, each is at unions date until the last moment.
The person on the phone is RUDE! Disgusting. Appalling service. Never again

The quality of service and the product excellent experience and service

The website experience is great you enter the size and the layout and it calculates all the bits needed to complete the job.

It gets delivered, and I reminded myself of the steps watching the online videos and I got a 6 x 2.4m roof complete in 1 day.

It looks great and I just need tobuy and fit a gutter and my garden cabin is complete

Put £2000 worth of roofing products in the website basket, but held on placing order. Next day Roofing Megastore e-mail me a picture of the products and the order details offering a 5% off code as an incentive.
But code doesn't work. Trying repeatedly calling, with no answer. Finally got through a day later, only to be told that the discount doesn't apply to that product - the very product they have specifically referenced.

Ordered numerous different sized solid polycarbonate sheets for a wooden greenhouse I built. The product is definitely excellent quality, brilliant price compared to many others I looked at. Delivery was prompt, the guys were great.

Good quality, good service. Has done the job wanted.

This is the 3rd time I have bought from the Roofing Megastore - they are always my first choice, and I always come back to them, despite shopping around on t'internet. Their prices are always good, and cut-to-measure is brilliant, with all the ends taped, which makes any project that much better. The accessories fit properly and last. My only niggle (being a bit of a perfectionist) - is can't someone invent a drill bit that will go through multiwall polycarbonate without leaving loads of swarf inside??? BTW I have tried the hoover but it's no good!!!!! Delivery is brilliant, with the roofing sheets well packaged.

The roofing sheets and fixings were excellent quality. Delivery was very good and communication around this was great. Easy to order and kept informed all the way through the process.

Easy to use website ,excellent price roofing sheets arrived well packed will be using this company again.

Used cut to size service.
Good were delivered 6 days from ordering
Arrived in excellent condition .
Very happy with new roof on garden pergola.

The web interface is very good, being able to enter the roof size of my garage gave me precise quantities of the materials I needed. I think the recommended 20 nails per panel is a bit excessive though. It paramount that your first corrugated panel is installed "square" otherwise over the length of the roof any mis-alignment will become a problem. The delivery was delayed by a transport issue which meant it arrived after a 6 yard skip filled my drive. This made it a challenge to carry the materials past/over the skip and to my garage. The driver assisted with this, which was much appreciated. I have no issues with the products purchased, time will tell regarding how long they last and whether I have made a rain proof instalation.

Great quality price 👌
Great delivery service.

The main items were delivered as per the measuring model, but the model that helps people like me (DIY Guy) to choose the ancillaries came woefully short. There wasn’t sufficient quantities for one item and another was just completely the wrong item which meant I couldn’t complete (or even start) the job. When I raised this with customer services they want to charge me for replacement items including a £25 delivery charge for a £24 item!! This just didn’t feel right when their calculator gave me the wrong items. To make matters worse, the staggering delivery charge made me head to the local merchants where I got the same item for £16 with £0 delivery charge.

Delivery delayed, no correspondence or updates, cannot get hold of customer service, no reply to email. Was on hold for 30min and then just cut off
This is week 5 after placing order

Shocking customer service. One panel arrived damaged and I emailed them to discuss this. They promised a reply, but still haven't come back after two weeks, despite chasing. My advice is to buy local and steer clear of this company.

Excellent service and great product, delivery was exactly as they said it would be

Ordering online was quick & efficient and there roofing calculator worked well, the roofing materials turned up on time with a great courier.
I have a few questions and these were answered very efficiently by the customer service team.

Great experience. First, loved the website. I'm a DIY newbie to anything other than felt roofs, and the website helped me to choose which roof type to go for. I selected EPDM and then used the wizard for selection the size and kit needed for installation. Very straightforward. Everything turned up on time and was really well packaged. Good quality kit included with the roofing material. Great purchase and successful installation.
