Damaged goods and poor service
I placed an order with yourselves and to receive the products undamaged. On day of delivery I received the products damaged. I informed the driver and insulation superstore within 1 hour. Nothing was done for a week until I called again, then they delivered the items again with damage and expected me to accept them.
I contacted the super store again within 30minutes. I am still waiting days later with no resolve. The communication is very poor, the customer has to do all the communication and chasing to get what is expected

Not such a good deal
Unfortunately, we received a 25mm sheet of celotex instead of the 30mm one we actually ordered. Not sure anyone measures celotex sheets when unloading the delivery van (thin sheets aren't stamped with their size in mm so you can't see the size) so we only realised it was 5mm thinner than what we ordered when we cut it to size and butted it up against its 30mm adjacent celotex sheet. Also, it seems we paid more for the celotex last week than the price today -the difference seems to have absorbed the £30 in reward points I had earned so that wasn't a saving either. Not such a good deal all round then sadly........ maybe time to go elsewhere.....

Your delivery partner DX delivered it to the wrong address 🤦🏼♂️. I needed the tool to do a job the next day and subsequently had to purchase another tool from elsewhere. I now have two tools as I managed to track the item that was delivered to the wrong address. May I suggest that you change your delivery company as they are stupid

The goods are not in stock as advertised
Their website advertises that they are in stock and will be delivered in 1-2 days. This is not correct. Insulation Superstore are just a middle man. Ordered some render paint and it was shipped direct from their supplier. The first two were damaged because they were shipped loose and not packaged correctly. I had to keep chasing my order and nobody knew anything at Insulation Superstore and I had to keep contacting them. Finally the third arrived undamaged. Requested that if I was not in to leave with neighbour, but the £100 paint was just left on the driveway by the courier. It took about 3 weeks to finally get my order.

Ordered 2 to 3 working days to get too site,
It actually took 6 to 7.
Was blamed on the company they were buying from,
When I actually purchased through insulation superstore, will keep in mind that it is not as it says when you pay for prompt delivery , it will depend on who they buy it from.

Had a delivery that was short
Had a delivery that was short, which is obviously inconvenient, but these things happen. The delivery was good , he got in touch with his depot to try and find out, all good office was going to follow up with the supplier. Driver left with signed delivery note. All Good
At this point as an inpatient consumer , I was feeling a bit put out by this and called the company , spoke with customer services , who asked for photographs via an email he sent, no email found , so you can imagine the thought process. So the weekend went by and I calmed down By the Monday and thought I would try again, spoke with customer service again, which I was asked to stay on the line for another email, which came , along with the previous one, started to think I should be eating some humble pie , not their fault, so sent all require, all recieved and low and behold I get a call from the Sam delivery driver 24 hrs later with the rest of my order to be delivered within the hour and it was.
So all I can say is this come went above and beyond to fullfil my order in the right way , and definitely secured my future custom , well done great company and courier service highly recommended.
