Do not use this company. They are late, uncommunicative and do not rectify their mistakes.

This business took several months to send the goods ordered which suggests that they were selling product that did not exist at the time.

As a result I needed to reschedule work several times. They then did not accept that their incompetence had resulted in the return window having been exceeded.

I usually give 5 star reviews and where disappointed, I look for a reason to give at least two stars, here there isn't one and this review is being written after giving them a chance to at least get to "unintentionally screwed up", but that does not appear to be the case here.

The lady that took my order by telephone she was amazing . Excellent customer service..she assured me delivery day I wanted i will get my order . She even contacted the delivery company's make sure I would get my order on time ..excellent service ..delivery come the morning specified and driver was great .very helpfull ... again excellent service... prices exceptional .goods arrived spot on ...quality insulation .. I will be using insulation superstore for future orders ..I didnt get the sales assistants name a lady .. but thankyou for all your help...excellent service..

Ordered some insulation PIR boards. The prices were cheaper than anywhere else and the delivery was quick. I got it within 2 days of ordering the boards.

Order dispatched quickly and although there was an error with delivery company, Insulation Superstore resolved promptly. Producs was good and as expected, perfect for the job!

incomplete delivery, i had to make numerous phone calls to insulation superstore and delivery company to arrange new delivery date of missing items (should i have had to make the phone calls)

Ordering was seamless and communication first class from order to delivery. The final order was short (20 sheets plasterboard instead of 25) . All other parts of the order were correct, delivered on a pallet covered in plastic and in first class condition. The driver phoned his base and the remaining 5 sheets of plasterboard arrived next morning. Mistakes happen and since it was speedily rectified, I do not consider this to detract from the first class service provided by Insulation Superstore. 100% recommend.

Excellent product, competitively priced, and received quickly with not a mark on the boards. Very pleased.

For the cost of the insulation strips, I was very disappointed that only nails were included & not screws as it shows on the video showing how to put it in place. This was not detailed in the description.

What can I say?

First of all, £30 for delivery of 2x rolls of tape and a roll of vapour barrier membrane is extortionate. No matter what nonsense this company comes out with, I work with APC and know their prices. Alas, for £30 you’d expect sensational service…. Nope.

I was told in an email to be at the property, check the items and HAVE to sign for it or there will be a re delivery charge. For some reason it was split into two consignments…. Ok. First parcel arrived, 2x rolls of tape. Didn’t have to sign for it, courier threw it to me and left.

10 minutes later, received an email “your 2nd parcel has been delayed until Monday”. Remember…. £30 for delivery.

Called customer service, and was told I HAVE to sign for it on the Monday or there will be a redelivery charge. As I didn’t want to waste another day, I requested it be delivered to my work…. To which I was told “Not sure we can do that, it’s up to the courier”. Pure BS, I know full well you contact the courier and they change it.

Had to get a friend to spend a day at the house waiting for delivery. When it arrived, it was handed over without any requirement to sign.

£30 is not a delivery charge, it’s just to top up their Xmas fund or bonus for the big wigs.

Membrane and tape work. Hardly deserving of a round of applause.

BOUGHT CELOTEX 25MM INSULATION AS AN UNDERLAY TO TRANSPARENT CONSERVATORY ROOF. INCREDIBLY LIGHT SO NO GREAT STRAIN ON THE ROOF FRAME, OR ME, I'M 91.
FINISHED OFF WITH SANDTEX SMOOTH. WHAT WAS A TOO HOT CONSERVATORY IS NOW USEABLE.
QUICK DELIVERY. INITIALLY CONSIDERED THE DELIVERY PRICE SOMEWHAT HIGH BUT THE RESULT IS WORTH IT. VERY GOOD COMMUNICATIONS.
