Delivery was made by a genuinely great guy. The timber was carefully & neatly unloaded on to the driveway, the driver made sure I was happy with everything before leaving the site. Great communication & service from start to finish . Thank you

Some good / some bad
The 15mm sound block plaster board was fine and delivered in good condition, the 12.5mm TE standard plaster board on the bottom of the pallet was in really poor condition all corners were broken and or disintegrating, as was each edge / side in multiple places. The paper facing was delaminating from the plaster in multiple places on the 12.5mm TE sheets.

Failed to match order repeatedly…
Ive tried to place the same order twice, each time Materials Market have accepted the order and taken payment - however on each occasion they have failed to place the order and so it never gets completed or delivered.
Disappointing given that the items are not particularly scarce items.

If I could I’d rate this company minus…
If I could I’d rate this company minus 5 stars I placed and order to be delivered in 8 days time it didn’t arrive I received a message on the morning it was supposed to be delivered saying they were struggling to source the items, 5 days after delivery was arrange I get a call saying they can’t source the items near me so I’d have to pay an extra £70 for them to source further afield. Now to me that is such bad business selling something for an agreed price you don’t actually have access too stay away from this company avoid at all costs unless you want to be disappointed.

I fully appreciate how frustrating this must be - to be informed so late that your items could not be sourced, and then contacted again with an additional charge after the agreed delivery date, is not acceptable.
Whilst, as a marketplace, it can sometimes take longer to allocate orders during particularly busy periods or in certain areas, you should always be kept fully informed and given the opportunity to make alternative arrangements if needed.
This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and I’m very sorry that we have let you down on this occasion.

What a waste of time ordered some wall installation from there website ,gave me a delivery date, turned out they didn't have the item at all so lost time and money , so would not recommend
