We needed to replace three very broken roofing vent caps for years. I have had roofers who said they could not get these types so we kept trying to 'repair' the broken ones. The last builder that came did a quick search on Roofing Superstore's site and found what he believed would work for us. I placed the order on a Thursday, they arrived the NEXT DAY, they were super easy to fit and now our newly repaired roof looks a lot better! Reasonably priced as well, super experience all-round.

Before I ordered call them for some info. Extremely helpful and informative. Suggested what I would need. Followed up with an order. Kept me updated about delivery. The items came extremely well packaged, no damage at all. The delivery driver, unfortunately can’t remember his name, was very polite and extremely helpful. Put the items where I needy them. I need to buy more materials for another job. Definitely will buy from them. Brilliant service from purchase to delivery.

Terrible advice/after sales 👎. Actually, they are rude, ignoring my return request. USE roof supplies instead. I ask for advice to get a product on my flat roof. I was sold a product that doesn’t work and I found another suitable product from another company, half the price they sold me. They charged me £15 to get the product delivered and they re asking me to pay for the return which will be £60!!
I needed advice not mis-selling. Not happy.

NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

My order was never delivered. Nobody contacted me or explained what had happened.

I emailed customer service and was told they would look into it. I sent a second email when I heard nothing further — and received no response at all.

When I called, the only answer I got was that Roofing Superstore had done everything correctly and that the problem was with their delivery partner, who apparently was not responding to them.

The order was eventually rescheduled for delivery two weeks later — and, once again, it was not delivered.

As a result, I lost several days waiting for deliveries. They give you an enormous delivery window — 8am to 5pm — meaning you have to stay at home all day. The delay also held up my building project by at least two weeks.

Even worse, I had to pay workers who were waiting for the materials, despite the fact that the delay was completely outside my control.

What is most disappointing is not simply the failed delivery, but the complete lack of communication and customer service. If a company uses a delivery partner, it is still the company's responsibility to make sure that the order reaches the customer.

I would never use Roofing Superstore again and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them. Unless, of course, you want to recommend them to your enemies.

Easy to use website with plenty of choice,good value for money and arrived next day.Nothing negative to say would use again.

Quick delivery-really good quality roofing sheets and they look amazing-highly recommended.

I received exactly what I ordered exactly when they said I would. For me it was a large quantity of green shingle roofing tile strips. The quality is excellent and they have finished my outbuilding nicely.

Great product, cut to size, prompt delivery

Roofing superstore is the our favourite online merchant for our loft products. I have been using this company for a few years now. I order online and in 48 hours I get my items well packed and undamaged. The prices are comparable better from other online merchants or shops nearby.

Poor communication, despite the fact that I called this morning to confirm a delivery time, I was not told that I was only getting part of the shipment. I surprised you didn’t know that either!!
I’ve had to pay for resource to help unload the delivery and install, and I will incur additional charges.

Absolutely diabolical organisation misselling and hoping the customer will get overwhelmed by their convoluted steps to return an item (unpacking the product they sell to take photos of a single sheet to prove they missold) and preventing escalation to management. They are selling roofing sheets labelled as "clear" which in English is COLOURLESS unless otherwise stated. The sheets arrived tinted blue. I've had nothing but absolute shit requesting nonsensical photos, attempting to lay the blame on myself and obstructing our development. AVOID THIS ORGANISATION.

Easy site to get round. Fast dispatch. Had a problem with a part missing from a order quick call all sorted arrived the next day! Can't fault them would definitely recommend.

Ordered evercryl and paid for next day delivery, took 4 working days to arrive after dispatch, emailed and asked for some compensation and was ignored. First and last time using this crowd.

Half of the order did not arrive, it was found in the yard and 2 weeks later, still no delivery. I had a guy on site to do the job and it cost me a day's wages. not happy with the service or customer service
