I found their website really easy and ordered what I needed and paid. Their communication was great, the order arrived as said, and on time, in fact earlier than they originally quoted. The delivery driver was lovely, and went beyond helpful to deliver to me. I would recommend using them.

The deliver was organised well and very efficient. The product is great I had no issues with any of it. It has all been installed and looks great.

The table is so sturdy and easy to open and close. We enjoyed using it over the summer period. The best thing is it folds away to save space.

Amazing product at absolutely brilliant price.

First time I have used this company and I used them based on good reviews and price. Initially they were great Elliot answered my questions and I placed the order, however logistically not so great.. I received a despatched confirmation then nothing for two days which is fine but as it was a large item I needed to know what day it was arriving. I emailed the company twice with no response. I rang them and they basically said your order should update soon: again no fixed date. I had waited in for two days and finally the tracking updated after day four but still no time or definite date. Now I don’t know if this is the courier company or trade warehouse’s fault but I feel there needs to be more communication with large items. People can’t take days off work on the off chance an item will arrive.

Excellent product, I had a big order order and considering the size of the order the delivery time was more than reasonable, communication was brilliant, in the past when I’ve ordered from bnq some decking board prices are shown in lineal metres and others in square metres. I found with this company the website prices all of its products the same which rules out any confusion. Overall very happy and impressed with these guys.

Some items arrived bent and damaged, which I was able to work around.

Two items were not delivered. Trade Warehouse offered a refund, bit then never replied to multiple attempts to contact them to process the refund.

Avoid and buy local. It's not worth the hassle when something goes wrong.
