My experience with Halo has been very impressive so far. The advisers are very approachable, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to make a special mention of Jake Roe and Andrew Rankin. They have been very professional in their dealings with me and have always followed up with what they said they would do. I would highly recommend Halo to a prospective client. The abilities of the Halo and Macrovue trading platforms makes it easy for you to do the necessary research and trade. Halo, once you get the hang of it, makes it quick and easy to pick shares to invest in, whether your requirement is capital growth or income producing.

I can't wait to see where this journey as a Halo VIP member takes me with my trading. I'm certainly more confident using the Halo software. The level of support has been excellent. Online tutorials are great, so you can refer back to them and learn at your own pace. I always look forward to the monthly VIP webinars. I'm still learning so much about Halo, but I'm certainly assured if I have any questions, support is always there. I talk to the Halo VIP team on a regular basis. Halo software is a very valuable resource to have from my perspective and being a VIP member with the extra support has been well worthwhile.

We are new customer to ASR and couldn't be more delighted to be working with our advisor Rob Norman who is an absolute gun. As a retail investor we were attracted to ASR because of their excellent reputation in market, but also the abilities of the Halo and Macrovue trading platforms. The  support teams have been wonderful during the onboarding and training phase. Rob has been instrumental in building our portfolio and has guided us soundly with our investment strategies. Very good training examples of an innovative and informative software program. Still need to practice all that the program has available to take advantage of all the indicators when buying or selling stocks. Makes decision making less of a punt and more transparent having the ability to access companies details.

ASR is efficient with what they do. Bill was very patient with setting up my account and showing me the products I have signed up to.

I am a woman in my 60's, reaching retirement and the whole idea of a share portfolio was about as foreign to me as you could get. Sunny Kang from ASR has helped me navigate this foreign world with respect and patience. He has also made it fun and I now know a 'little bit' and look forward to learning more with his help. The platform is relatively easy to understand after a few chats and watching the video tutorials. The scans and blends are especially quick once setup for the market(s) of interest. The help section is quite large and would be better if it could go to another website ie window. The platform user interface and layout could be better. Overall, I find the platform realestate so to speak, (available space) not much and this is with just using a basic chart and not adding volume or other indicators on the bottom of chart. And drawing tool could be improved. Overall, it’s a very powerful platform, just needs a few layout improvements.

I’ve been working with my adviser, Hanya, for the last 6 months or so. She regularly keeps in touch and provides recommendations for my trading portfolio. HALO is a key tool used in making buy and sell decisions. I’m very happy with the results we’ve achieved.
