We couldn't be happier with our staircase & the outstanding service from Hambledon Staircases. We had a few companies round to quote but from the moment I met Imogen I knew this was the company to go with. They are a family run business & you can tell they really do care about the customer & take pride in their work & business. I had 100% faith in them, & the quality of Nick's work is just stunning!!
Work had to halt half way through due to covid19 but the professionalism & care shown in this time was amazing. Continuous updates & as soon as work could resume Nick was back, no delays due to them. Nick & Imogen couldn't do enough & we couldn't fault the service we received.
Our stairs are transformed & it really is beautiful..the craftsmanship is stunning..We are absolutely over the moon & can't thank Imogen & Nick enough. If we ever move or need anything else related I wouldn't hesitate to use Hambledon again & would happily recommend them. Thank you once again for such a wonderful job. Jessica & Darren

Nick did a wonderful Job on our staircase. His price was very competitive and the work was of a very high standard

Nick helped us rethink our under stairs storage area and created a wonderful space now to stop our hallway looking cluttered. We can now store our shoes in a purpose built pull out shoe rack and store bulkier items in the larger cupboard leaving the other pull out rack for cleaning products etc. It looks fantastic a great job as always thank you Nick and Imogen.

Once again a good job carried out by Nick, very professional, quick and tidy.

Now I have to think what else needs updating for next year.

A fantastic, totally professional and friendly team! We added oak handrails to an architect designed oak and glass staircase and gallery, in an old barn conversion. We had researched Hambledon Staircases' work before we bought the house, and Imogen arrived and quoted on the day we moved in. She was enthusiastic about the project and explaimed the background to the company. We had the quote by the same evening!
Nick explained the options and fitted the oak handrails exactly on time, and they look fantastic. The workmanship is second to none. We have no hesitation in recommending them both. They are a pleasure to work with, so much so that we have placed an order for our next project!

Nick has just built and fitted a really beautiful oak and glass staircase in our extension to link the main room with a mezzanine area. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is fantastic. And for a very fair price. From the time we met Nick, we knew that we had full confidence in him and his work. He was thorough in explaining what the job would involve, how long it would take and when he could do the work. On the days he worked, he was extremely accomodating in his arrival time, ensuring he was at the house before I left for work. He left the house meticulously clean and tidy each day and answered any questions we had, however trivial.We now have a fabulous bespoke staircase and couldn't be happier with it.
