I was grateful that the collection and delivery of my laundry went smoothly. The drivers were prompt and polite. I had requested the use of non-bio laundry liquid. My laundry was returned with the most potent chemical smell, it was suffocating. I could not get the smell out so I ended up having to dispose of all the items they had washed. This was a big loss and I regret taking a chance on the service.

I made two separate orders and neither arrived on time. I placed the first one to arrive from 9pm-11pm and the driver arrived at 6:30pm. I wasn't in so not able to collect. I placed the second order for 7am-9am and the driver was due to arrive at 10am, at which point I was at work.

I've emailed twice and had no written confirmation of getting a refund for both. Considering money is taken up front I would expect acknowledgment of my refund requests.

Thrilled with the service and price. Clothes came back looking and smelling immaculate. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Very bad services dont trust this company i’ve used their services for dry cleaning , when they return my jumpers they are all damage and get shrink/ becomes shorter on the length and sleaves and made a complain but no action regarding my complaint.

This company is no good they charge you for something that you never asked for or they think they got the right to take money from your account but for you to get back your money it is a hassle please be aware of this company they say one price in the ad then when you sign up you pay £20 now you tell me where does the rest of the money goes to
And it seems like is only one man that answers the phone when you call the 0208 number you expect it to be answered into office no you're wrong is like he forward it to his mobile and that's the same man that comes and collect your clothes and return your clothes and when you do a chat online
You get the same person Linda at the beginning they are very nice to just get you in but when there's a a problem oh no there's no one to be found I sent them an email regarding my refund my order they haven't even replied
When I call all the man is saying the same thing to me over and over and over again beware before you go to this company to do laundry beware
I am going to report them to the customer rights people because it's not right for them to taking money from people and overcharging people and and for something you haven't asked for

After when I put up this review you the owner called me late at night blackmailing me saying if I don't take down this review he would not pay me back my money

Saying he sent me emails and I never got no emails until I took down this review and he sent me an email saying that my refund has been issued people beware of this company do not go to this company

Excellent service and great care for the clothes

They picked up on time and said would be back the next day.
I was a bit sceptical about it as it was a heavy rug.
It did come back a few days later and was done really well.
It looks great

First time using Hamlet. Booked online for ironing of clean bedding that had built up owing to an operation which was disabling. Ironing picked up within an hour of booking and returned next day. Fantastic service. Was all ironed beautifully. My first experience of Hamlet certainly won't be the last. Thank you

Highly disappointed. Over charged for the laundry, while some clothes come back folded, majority were not folded, and had a bad smell and actually stink.
Make sure you check your invoices, multiple charges in place. Not recommended.

Ironing was terrible - items left inside out and more scrunched than when they were sent - complaint after weeks only gave a discount and no refund - unacceptable.

I used the service for a general wash when my washing machine was broken. Impressed with the quick collection and turnaround time. The gentleman who picked up and returned was friendly. The only thing that prevented 5 stars is the the washed clothes I received back smelled like a chip shop and some items were still wet so i ended up having to wash them all again when my machine was fixed. It felt like a waste of money.

Hamlet will pick up your laundry within hours and deliver it back the next day. Faster and cheaper than my local laundrette.

In our house we have used them now 4 times, and 1 load unfortunately came back with blue stains, but Hamlet offered to re-wash it for free.
