Super efficient and helpful in the purchase and after sales support, thoriughly recommend

Bought a EcoFlow 3 years ago and it broke recently. I got in touch with Hampshire Generators about a warranty repair and they sorted everything out with EcoFlow and after a few weeks it’s now back and working fine again. Lucy Miller was my contact at Hampshire and she is an absolute credit to the company. Very efficient and the communication with me was outstanding. She kept me informed throughout the whole process from start to finish. Will definitely buy from this company again.

I purchased an Excel XL3500iD-F generator from Hampshire Generators EBay store and it was delivered just two days later.

The only hiccup I had was on how to register it for the extended warranty offer but after a couple of emails from a lovely lady called Lucy who sorted it all out for me by sending me the required weblink.

Highly recommend this company and I'll certainly be using them in the future when the need arises.

Lucy was very helpful organising a replacement hose for my pressure washer, under warrenty. She was very professional, helpful keeping me informed about delivery etc. Thank Lucy

Didn't want to leave a bad review, but the way I have been treated recently by after sales service make me want to. The product is great but not this company. Being ignored, never getting back to you, not giving what they offer. Broken promises. When after months of waiting for love to shop voucher, (which they offer when you buy a product) and chasing they finally send one. But you can only use it for sainsburys and a chocolate store. They show other outlets it can be used on but it can't. My disappointment goes deep. I have bought a ecoflow delta 2, and spare battery. And recently a delta 3 max plus. So I have spent some money with these people. As I have had no after sales satisfaction, I will not use this company for the extra battery which i wanted to buy. Will not spend any more money with them. Would not recommend using this company. I gave them many opportunities to get back to me but the never did. Won't mention names!! Go direct to Ecoflow or another company.

I was looking to buy an EcoFlow Wave 3 and saw lots of negativity about EcoFlow's customer service, so when I found that Hampshire Generators sold them and saw all their positive feedback, I felt much more comfortable about going ahead with the order.

Lo and behold, the Wave 3 develops a fault after a month or so, and I start to worry about how much of a pain this might be to resolve.
The morning after sending an email to Hampshire Generators I get a reply from Lucy, who immediately takes charge of the situation and lets me know that she's on it. Other the course of the next few weeks Lucy has arranged a replacement, liaised with EcoFlow to have them collect the faulty unit, and has kept me in touch throughout the process.

It did take a little longer than it could have, owing no doubt to the fact I was trying to get a replacement air con unit during the middle of a heat wave. Which, actually makes the service provided here all the more impressive.
EcoFlow's arranging of the collection was a pain, in that they didn't provide me or Lucy with any information. They did eventually collect the unit though, and honestly having Lucy dealing with all of it made it an entirely stress free experience.

I'd absolutely recommend Hampshire Generators to anyone. I found every step of the process easy, starting with their brilliant website and ending with their brilliant customer service.

I would like to recommend this company. The service and email response is fantastic, Lucy Millar is amazing she replies promptly, and is always so helpful . If you need anything solar, go to this company.

Well, as someone that is not in the habit of leaving reviews I feel obligated to on this occasion to do so. I contacted Hampshire generators a number of weeks ago for advice on what kind of generator I would need for my mobile catering business. I was talked through a number of options. In fact I called them many times as as my requirements for wattage keep changing as my business plan evolved. Never once did I feel like I was pestering them. I was time and time again given good, solid and friendly advice delivered with enthusiasm by the call handler(s). I eventually took the plunge and purchased the generator. It arrived on time, packed perfectly and does exactly what I was told it would do.
Not being a expert on generators I needed some advice to get it up and running correctly, again I called and again I was given advice in a friendly, professional manner which sorted my lack of knowledge in minutes.

Dealing with these guys has been an absolute breath of fresh air compared to other companies that I was in contact with prior. Take a bow guys.....you defo have got things right!

We had a problem with our purchase from Hampshire Generators, so I contacted their after sales team. I can honestly say what a fantastic team/service it was. They responded immediately, discussed the issue and it was sorted immediately, no quibble. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase off these guys in future and am happy to highly recommend them

Originally made a purchase a few years ago and then needed to change my order, cancelled and reordered quickly without any issues. Now down the line and had an issue with the power bank I ordered, it was still under warranty and Lucy M has been outstandingly helpful with the whole process in submitting a log to get my item returned and fixed, communication was amazing! Although the fixing didn’t happen due to the product being discontinued, I received a full refund where the payment was made very quickly. The customer service has overall been amazing

I ordered a generator through B&Q website, they don't keep the size of generator in stock, it came from Hampshre Generators, yes great delivery, then had a problem with generator, that's when the problems started, one & half months trying to return the generator emails backward and forward, still nothing, started phoning, eventually got hold of Lucy, still waiting for generator to be picked up, I now have had to buy another generator as bank holiday weekend is here, have asked for a refund, all I get is apology one & months worth now even apology on phone conversation, I still have a broken generator, i will never buy from them at again, so be warned.
