First Class Customer service, and products
I reached out to the team at Handbag Angels to see if on the off chance they may have a ready to ship liner for my new bag, so I could take it on holiday with me (which was only a few days away). I wasn’t hopeful as I know they make to order. However, within the hour I had a reply back saying that if I could order within the next 30 minuted they could get it made and posted out that day for me. The liner arrived first thing the next morning and is absolutely perfect. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but these guys blew it out of the park. If you're looking for a bag liner, I'd definitely recommend them and will most certainly go straight back to them next time I need one.

Bag liner is uneven and key holder horrible add on has a hole
edit: Images of Key strap is at the corner of the bag not a hole in the bag! Proof of reasoning of upset.
no information stating it will be a hole, picture doesn’t show it either ( did a screenshot; sent it to you too; why my key strap isn’t same showing for add on purchase) I did question and inquiry before purchasing as you posted pictures for proof of add on. My inner pocket looks the same add on but not the key as the images posted for picture or icon add on. The bag liner is still uneven on top of the key strap where it is put. Video proof was sent VIA IG. As stated it was done unevenly when I showed photos. So yes gaslit. I did my research and no point in form or images shows a hole in the liner for this attachment. Hence why I’m upset as a customer. This liner has been in a box hoping proper customer service could take old one back and look at it. But no. Just denying customer. Even my last images shows AAROWs how uneven the liner was done for me. Yet no response since June 28 2026. So I’m stating my experience my other bag was evenly done but not polene bag, image proof came showing it too! The Liner bag is not SYMMETRICAL, it is uneven AS Per email image of add on for key strap isn’t same images. So I’m an upset customer as purchase received doesn’t show what I got.
Previous comment:Bag liner is uneven. Showed proof of it and was gaslit saying no problem with it. Key holder attachment didn’t have a whole showing it. Looks horrible on top of not what saw with pictures. Didn’t want a hole in my liner. So spend $200 CAD for a liner I can’t use as issues. Need to put hands to keep liner in place from uneven. Key holder is clamped uneven so if used will likely go as overtime, as its fabric too. Sooo never buy the key holder attachment even when you accept other flaws as they won’t fix it. Even proof showing how uneven bag is with images.

We received numerous emails from you before placing your order. We spent a great deal of time and effort in providing you with every detail you needed for the liner for your Polene Mini Cyme bag. We repeatedly provided you with website links for extra add ons and tried our best to guide you through the order process, step by step, to help you complete your order. To make our liners we start by cutting the felt using a wooden template with fixed blades which we feed though a huge cutting machine. This process ensures the liners are cut out accurately every time. Our liners for both sizes of the Cyme bag are two of our Best Sellers and we make these almost every day without issue. We made your liner as per your order and dispatched it to you in Canada. The photographs you sent of your liner inside your Mini Cyme bag showed no evidence of there being a fit issue and we could clearly see from your photographs that the liner had been made correctly. The main issue you have is that you do not like the method we use to fit the key strap to the liner as we attach the key strap using either a brass or silver coloured eyelet. We have always used this same method and have done so for the past 10 years. You have asked us to make you a replacement liner without a Key Strap including the delivery to Canada free of charge and because we have refused to do this as there is no fit issue with your initial liner you have submitted this review. Our small Handbag Angels team try to do everything we can to help our customers. It has a huge detrimental affect on our business when we receive reviews such as this and we are sorry that you are dissatisfied with our response. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a free of charge replacement liner due to the method we use to fit a Key Strap......The Handbag Angels Team.

What a brilliant idea to protect your favourite bag.
I’m a first time customer but I would definitely buy from Handbag Angels again. The liner I bought is a lot thicker than the cheaper generic versions I’ve found elsewhere, and it fits my bag like a glove. You can tell it’s has been made to order and the pattern has been designed to fit each specific handbag. I also love that you can choose from a large range of colours and add on extras, such as base shapers etc. After spending a decent amount of money on a handbag, I wanted to try and protect it as much as possible, and the liner I received looks like it could well outlive my handbag. It was sent in a box, with packaging coordinated to match the colour of the liner, so it would make a lovely gift for someone. All in all, very happy.

Helpful and offered a very good experoience
Helpful when I had a query and made useful suggestions. I am glad I took the advice offered and am really pleased with the finished article now it has arrived.
The colour, material and workmanship are all first class and the item arrived nicely presented with a contrasting ribbon and in a box which, as this is intended as part of an 18th birthday gift (alongside a designer handbag), will help with presentation.
I will, most probably, use this company again should the need arise.

Poor customer service and aftercare
I had treated myself to an expensive handbag, so I then searched for a top rated insert/organiser, Handbag Angels had high ratings.
Firstly I searched the website and found my handbag (Aspinal of London, large “London Tote”). The inserts were available to order, however, without any additional features/options. I duly emailed the company and requested that options be added to the order process.
After a week or so I received a response and the options were added to the website. I then ordered the items at a cost of over £100.
I was so excited to receive them and put them to good use. Imagine my disappointment, dismay and frustration when they didn’t fit. Of course I then contacted customer service, over an exchange of emails with images, a video and more images - their response was to just deny the evidence and refuse a refund.
In response to company reply, you say you’ve done everything you can? Sending emails and telling me that they fit when they don’t and when more evidence is sent replying with “see previous email”
Either the item is “bespoke” or it needs “adjusting”. I can buy inserts for under £10 - these I am happy to “adjust”
I respectfully disagree. I have reported this to Trading Standards in Northern Ireland (where I live) and will be taking this further.

You asked us to add extra options on to your liners and we did the necessary website amendments as soon as we were able, and we apologised for the delay in our email. When you contacted us regarding the fit of the liners we asked for the required images so we could help identify any issues. The liners were made to the exact measurements from our templates and we explained that inserting felt liners into loose fabric lined bags does sometime require a little adjustment. We explained how our 'joining seam' does protrude a little when the liners are new and unused but from the images you supplied, we could see no other fit issues whatsoever. The quality of items is exceptional
The quality of items is exceptional. I purchased inserts for two separate bags and was really impressed with the fit. It provided protection for the inside of my bag but also gave it structure. And I loved that I could pick the best colour to match! Highly recommend.
