Would you be happy to purchase anything from a company who has failed 30% of its customers. See reviews!!!!!!!!

I am at a loss to understand how this company operates. You would believe that when you purchase an item it would be assembled correctly (not in bits) and in working order.

You would also assume that should there be any problems customer services would go out of there way to ensure that any problems would be resolved in a professional manner and when and if resolved would lead to customers returning for any future purchases, however this far from the case.

After numerous telephone calls and numerous emails they do not seem to understand that faulty goods, incorrect items, and a complete lack of common sense are unacceptable.

I am still battling after nearly two months to resolve an issue that will shortly go to the small claims court.

BE AWARE THIS COMPANY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ANYTHING THEY ATTEMPT TO DO and bashing your head against a brick wall is less painful than dealing with there customer service department. ""Michael in particular""

Customer service staff were polite and knowledgeable, prices were low and the quality of the door handles are better than I was expecting and look really good now fitted.
