I wanted to send a thank you to someone who doesn't live locally. I was told they like pink and bubbles of which you had some good options! It was easy to pick some extras to go alongside and I appreciate that the wrapping and hand-written card were so simply done. The delivery was made next day - fantastic service, and the giftee was really happy.
The only downside to the whole process was a small technical glitch when I was trying to input addresses which meant I had to copy and paste because it wouldn't let me type certain characters. I nearly gave up but I'm glad I didn't.

I was given helpful advice as to alternatives and the wine arrived properly protected and packed only a few days after I placed the order.

I recently received an amazing hamper from Handpicked Wine Box for my birthday weekend away camping, and I couldn't be more delighted! Everything inside was delicious and perfectly paired. From the delicious cider and pink peppercorn salami to the vegan chocolate, each item was a treat. The wine selection was exceptional and truly made our camping experience. Easy to use site and delivery on time as promised and my sister loved the wine.

The order was packed well, and the products were high quality and were very well received by the recipient. My issue is that I ordered the 24hr delivery on a Thursday evening and the product did not arrive until the Tuesday. I wrote to enquire but received a curt response saying that they were a family business and away for the bank holiday weekend. Living abroad, I had no knowledge of this and felt that the answer felt like an excuse rather than an apology or recognition of my concern. There wasn’t even a sorry for any inconvenience caused. I would probably put my faith in a bigger company to deliver during peak times in future if this company are not able to communicate with the customer in mind. I can’t fault the products but think that communication could be more prompt and thoughtful.

Really wonderful, they helped me with a hard-to-find delicious and reasonably priced wine when they found themselves out of stock. Better service than I could have asked for. Solevari Fetanescu which they stock gets a thumbs up from me!

We received a lovely hamper from Handpicked wine box. The meat, nuts, chocolates and wine were all excellent and the gift wrapping was also beautiful

Disappointed by failure to deliver next day but other than that all good.

This was not made clear at checkout I wouldn’t have ordered otherwise. I appreciate the refund.
