The examples you see online look great, like they really spent some time on them. What you get once you pay for it is something hastily scribbled that looks like a child wrote it. The opposite of professional or stylish, the reality is VERY far from the advertised product. And if you are unhappy, which you will be, you can't get a refund. They send you a link to their webiste to see other examples.

From beginning to end, I was impressed with the service and results of my design. They have a great portfolio to look through and get ideas. When you contact them, you share some about yourself, what you're using the signature for, and so on then they send you a lot of initial ideas to go through. You use those ideas and share more about yourself then they send you multiple design options (depending on the package you choose - I recommend getting 3 options) which come in a .docx .png .mp4 and a watermark for all three options. If you're not happy with any or want to combine aspects or want to tweak a bit, then you can contact them and they'll work with you.

Super friendly, professional, and it's people and not a computer generated design. As a result, it will be unique, bespoke, and you're supporting artists.

I absolutely love the handwritten signatures I purchased! They turned out exactly as I described and were delivered much quicker than expected—well within the stated timeframe. The videos are clear, easy to follow, and the included worksheets will be a huge help in mastering my new signature. The seller was communicative throughout the process, always willing to discuss details, and made it clear they wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I couldn’t be happier—highly recommend!

What I received looks like a child spent 10 seconds quickly scrawling my name a few times. None of the options are legible, none are usable, all look horrible.

Confusing price structure.

Add ons, some of which are actually useless.

These dudes clearly spent about 5 minutes on my signature.

High reviews which were clearly written by AI and/or the company themselves when you read the actual reviews. Human beings don't say things like that, that way.

The only reason I'm not giving zero stars is that there is no option to do that, and the only reason I'm not doing a chargeback is that I technically received something resembling what I ordered, and as such I would lose the complaint.

This is like ordering a name brand power tool from Amazon and getting something from Temu.
