I didn't get the shoes I ordered for Christmas

You suck!
I contacted you multiple times to cancel the order but you always replied days later even though you state you will reply no more than 12hrs. Your customer service SUCKS!!!

I ordered a bike jersery and received a pullover hoodie.
It also took a very long time to come.

Have to give 1 star because Zero stars is not possible. This site is a scam. I ordered a hoodie on November 11th and did receive confirmation email. However, I have not received the hoodie and all email and chat has gone unanswered.
I have tried calling and the number will not work.
100% scam

Ordered comforter set only received the bed sheets, never got the comforter. Every email I sent asking about it only gives me tracking#. Which says been delivered and it has not. Just simply ignores may question as to where my comforter is.

I liked how they were on top of helping me with my order but when i got the tshirt my pictures were printed yellow. Nothing like the sample they sent me.

The design process was quick and easy, the seller was prompt in responses. I washed the shirt once and the printed image got stuck to itself and peeled off in some spots.

Arrived on time for Christmas, unfortunately due to holiday rush I was unable to review the blanket before production. However, it turned out great and my boyfriend loves the blanket so much! It is super soft. The faces are only on one side but it is equally soft on both sides

Don’t lets this one star fool you.
1.) they’re website (black trend tees) says they are from PA, USA. Not true. Products are coming from China.
2.) their timeline of when items will be received is also incorrect. I should have received my package 2 weeks ago, however, it’s just now being shipped… (if that’s even accurate)
3.) they claim that their website tracking order doesnt keep up with the actual shipping. That’s a bunch of bull…it’s laughable at this point.
4.) they lie and lie and lie to cover up their poor customer service or just completely ignore you hoping you’d forget about what you ordered so they can scam you and take your money. (Paypal will help you file claims if used)
5.) it’s in everyone’s best interests that they don’t purchase anything from this company. Find yourself a local custom print shop that your town can do with better service and quality that will be done in a timely manner.

***in response to the reply: if you ship globally, then state that in your website. It doesn’t not say that under shipping. False advertisement. As far as emailing my issues about your poor customer service, it has already been done. They don’t care, clearly. Have fun screwing people over!

I loved the print, but the fabric was tough. Good enough to retain because the print is extremely beautiful. But, even after washing with fabric softener, the fabric still feels scratchy, which is unfortunate. They agreed to exchange me for a new, better one

Easy to find goods, colors, and sizes

T-shirts are excellent quality. Sizes are accurate. Definitely worth the wait. Would have been 5 stars, but delivery took 4 weeks

I ordered three shirts, one of which was custom made, and all three were lovely and well-loved. I am worried about the order shipping time, Small shipping difficulties were resolved immediately. All talks were kind and friendly, even when there appeared to be an issue with my purchase. Every one was friendly and helpful, which instilled trust. They will make you satisfied with your order, guaranteed.

I put my dog down in October, so this is the first Christmas without her in 15 years. I wanted a sweater that reminded me of her. I paid the express shipping fee, which said it would arrive by Christmas. I barely received it on January 2nd and it was not a size small. It was 3 sizes too big. When I asked to be refunded the express shipping cost, I was told "if we refund too much we won't make money on the sale". Horrible quality and horrible customer service.
I emailed them after they responded to this review and I haven't received a response. What a joke.

Hello hao tees, I was hoping you could convince me whether I should buy from you,And why.

This company is a scam. I wish I could give it 0 stars. They should be reported to BBB. When seeing the items online it is a false advertisement. They should have reviews on their page. I wish I would have done more research on the Company before ordering. I would have NEVER brought from this so-called company. Also, another confusion is why I can not return or get a refund for the product that I do not like. . BE AWARE of these scammers.
