I placed an order in March and as of now, I still haven’t received anything. The tracking shows the item has been “stuck in China” for months, and there is no phone number or real customer support to contact. I’ve reached out several times and received no helpful response.

This seems like a fraudulent store, and I strongly advise others not to order from here. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

I've ordered from this website before and my merchandise was as advertised so I ordered from them again.

They do not allow for returns. They do not have a phone number to call for customer service; if you call the number listed you get a message that the mailbox is full.

Order you won’t regret it. Ordered a ring and lost it I was so mad at myself. I just ordered another one and can’t wait for it to arrive.

They make all the stuff for me & my family especially considering my sons & thier grand babies all have special unique names!!!

I ordered a ring with my late husband's picture for my 9 yr old granddaughter. Everyday thischild ask me has granddad ring come yet.This is heart breaking. I've reach out several times to this company with no response. I will never ord8from this place again.

I placed an order over a month ago. Graduations now over so the tassel will not be worn. It’s been in china for 2 weeks at the same shipping facility. I made contact about paying for expedited shipping and was told I could be refunded $4.99 of the $21 I paid. But not until after it’s been stationary for 1month without me receiving. I’m highly disappointed, my feelings are beyond hurt. I’ll never order from here again

I ordered this special gift for my niece who lost her brother and it was going to beca surprise but One day while we were driving, she told me that she had ordered a tassel jewelry for her graduation cap with her brothers picture on it. I told her oh my gosh, I was going to surprise you. I ordered you one too she told me Where she ordered it from and what it cost her and then I told her that I ordered mine from a different place. Well when they arrived, I must tell you the quality of my order from you far exceeded the quality on the one she got. She decided she wanted to wear the one I bought from, you on her graduation day. The quality of your products is great. Thank you.
