Great customer service

Great customer service, received a call from Natasha today who was really helpful in advising me on what my options were so i could continue my weight loss journey. Would highly recommend this company

Excellent .

I hadn't heard of this company and was slightly dubious about using them.
No need to worry at all.Very efficient and top notch customer service.They reply within hours to written requests for help.Having used a couple of other more well known companies,I would certainly recommend Happen.

helpful customer services

I think the passport/ driving licence criteria needs to be before you sign up for anything as many don't have this.

Once I realised that Happen were the…

Once I realised that Happen were the company I had ordered the weight loss pen, and phoned them back the service was good. The girls on the end of the phone were very easy to talk to! What was hard, for me as a pensioner, was the uploading of the proof of ID, Weight, and fat picture!

Ive only just started with Happen

Ive only just started with Happen. I was having difficulty uploading the information they required.
I spoke to the telephone operator who was very kind and helpful. She made the process easier.
Im looking forward to starting this new weight loss program

First class communication

I have had issues with other glp providers in the past especially with communication. My experience with Happen couldn't have been easier. The comfort of speaking to an actual human being rather than endless number choices is fantastic. Any questions I had were listened to and answered there and then. I actually had a choice of communication channels as opposed to just hearing a phone ring out.
They have my confidence.

I’m a previous customer…..

I’m a previous customer looking at rejoining, so many places to go but the grass is not always greener on the other side, found out the hard way, Natasha the agent that I was dealing with today was so professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient.
All the doubts that I had about rejoining, doses, prices, timelines etc Natasha answered confidently and really set my mind at ease. I will be rejoining and be a customer of Happen today still and continue the Weightloss journey. Thank you Happen and a special thanks to Natasha.

I am so angry 😠

Absolutely awful organisation and…

Absolutely awful organisation and automated systems that rescheduled a missed delivery and then automatically cancelled it 12 hours later and then returned to sender 3 days later!

12 days and counting to receive my ‘next day delivery’ parcel and it’s still not here.

Customer Service promised a no signature delivery and guess what - email from Royal Mail saying they need a signature.

Another missed delivery!!!

These include leaving the parcel with a trusted neighbour, placing it in a secure location, or arranging collection from your local post office.
