I’ve been using Happlicant for a few weeks now and my experience has been very positive so far. Even working mainly with the basic functionality, the system is intuitive and easy to get started with, which makes the initial setup and daily use smooth and efficient.

Everything works reliably, and the overall user experience feels well thought through. What I particularly appreciate is the level of customer support — responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented. On top of that, I was impressed by how quickly the team implemented a feature that was critical for my workflow.

A great start, and I’m looking forward to exploring more advanced functionality over time.

We use Happlicant across our Rocket City portfolio for both ATS and CRM needs, and it’s been a outstanding tool for managing our recruiting pipeline. Happlicant is a combined CRM/ATS tool that keeps candidate tracking organized, communication streamlined, and gives us the data we need to make smarter & timely hiring decisions. The platform is intuitive and flexible, which makes it easy for our teams to adopt.

I researched dozens of CRM and ATS tools (Monday.com, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Recruiterflow, Recruitee, BreezyHR) and they all had Pros/Cons, but from a features and cost perspective, Happlicant is definitely leading this space.

The only reason I’m holding back from five stars is the follow-up and engagement side—I know Happlicant is looking at future upgrades to make this an even better platform. Otherwise, Happlicant is a reliable, high-value tool that I’d HIGHLY recommend to any recruiting team.

Great support in delivering our brief and going above and beyond with support

While the platform is new and growing, the team has been incredible. They're very open to feedback and suggestions to improve Happlicant and create an ATS that is both simple and easy to use, but also has all the bells and whistles that many firms and agencies are accustomed to.

Happlicant has done a great job of removing a lot of the unnecessary fluff that exists in many ATS right now and keeping things simple but effective. Additionally, the customer service is impeccable. They're a small team but really on their stuff. Updates and improvements roll out quickly, emails are responded to in a timely fashion, and meetings have been very helpful. We're a very happy customer!

As someone who launched a recruiting firm this past year, Happlicant has been a total lifesaver. Happlicant is an excellent tool for any agency/freelancer in Recruitment as it combines ATS and CRM usage. It is easy to use and you can add Linkedin profiles with a Chrome extension which makes sourcing and keeping track of it easy and fun.

The platform is straightforward to navigate, so it doesn’t take long to get up and running, and it’s been especially helpful for keeping stages, notes, and communication all in one place.

For example, I was having issues with my Google Workspace and Teams setup, and while we were on a call, he took the time to help me troubleshoot something he absolutely didn’t have to do.

He’s even gone further and offered to help me build my website, which we’re currently working on. That’s the kind of partner you get with Happlicant not just a great ATS, but a team that genuinely wants to support your recruitment business in every way possible.

If you’re an independent recruiter or recruitment agency, looking for the best ATS with a true partner behind it, I can’t recommend Happlicant enough.

Coming from an overcomplicated and slow ATS, I’m glad to be on board with Happlicant. There’s a direct line to the founders, who actively ask for feedback on what features (big or small) should be added to Happlicant.

For anyone who has experienced technical difficulties, it’s reassuring to know that support is provided in native English. Not to bash any Indian customer service agents, but when you add cross-continental phone lines and cheap headsets, smooth communication often becomes impossible.

Right now, the features cover all my basic needs, and the upcoming additions will make the experience and recruitment process even faster.

The LinkedIn Pal works great and is very quick.

The cherry on top is that I’m paying roughly 60% less than I did for my previous ATS/CRM, Zoho.

At the moment, I’d recommend Happlicant for small and medium-sized companies with simple recruitment flows. For now, there are no custom API calls or bulk emailing options.

I believe Happlicant could become an important player in the small-to-medium recruitment sector within a year if they deliver on their development promises.

Was in the market for an ATS/CRM combo and found Happlicant to be a solid choice. Right price point for my needs, UI is clean, and some of the additional features make the whole experience seamless. Thanks Happlicant team!

I’ve been working with Happlicant for a while now, and it’s been exciting to be part of the development of their ATS. One of the things I value most is how open the team is to feedback. They truly listen to recruiters and implement ideas in a way that makes the system more useful for us. Chris, in particular, has been fantastic about asking thoughtful questions, checking in regularly, and making sure feedback is put into action.

That said, it’s important to know this is still a work in progress. The system isn’t flawless yet, and there are some bugs along the way. Personally, I enjoy the process of giving input and seeing changes roll out, but I could see where someone looking for a perfectly polished solution right now might get frustrated.

If you’re patient, willing to share feedback, and excited about being part of shaping a tool built with recruiters in mind, Happlicant is definitely worth exploring.
