Talk about surprised! I’m shocked at how fast and responsive customer service is and I would highly recommend happy ending social casino. They have a great selection of games, and they pay out good too. Definitely becoming one of my favorites!!!!!

I was skeptical about another new social casino, but I was really enjoying the site and was knocking off the new player achievement milestones. Unfortunately after 3 days of no complaints I had an issue. I completed another achievement but was not awarded my prize. I reached out to customer support, and to my surprise it was answered with in minutes (and not by a bot!) she reviewed my play and immediately corrected the mistake no questions asked.

if I could give it a negative 100 I would do it this is the worst scam of a casino I've ever played I wanted to cash out some winnings and they're verification process is impossible to do they give you 60 minutes and they want unreasonable things like your bank statements they don't want it printed they don't want the electronic version of it or any files you have of it they want paper but they don't want it printed it was just out of control with the unreasonableness and then I did come through for them and I actually provided those documents then they blocked my account with the money still on there I've not heard from them I've tried to reach out to them I've tried to contact them several times but nothing in return yeah do not play this casino it's a scam

Not a bad side at all, has many game providers and customer service is keen to respond. I like how it looks (the design) and how not-laggy the website is.
