Sent them an email and message on their so called chat on the website regarding a damaged pillowcase i received. They say they get back to you within 24 hours. Thats a lie. Ive heard nothing and its been almost 2 weeks. I do not recommend this company at all.
Still waiting for my return request to be processed from June.
They wont speak to you over the phone, the chat only allows you to lodge a complaint that a return has not been processed. Each time they say someone will get back to me and then they don't.
Utterly unprofessional.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I bought a few quilt cover sets and different designs of towels.
The towel quality was excellent and it felt fluffy and soft.
The quality of the fabric for the quilt cover sets felt really good

I stumbled across Happy Home Shop when I was looking to refresh my bedroom on a budget and I'm so glad I did. Ordered a duvet set and a couple of towels, and the quality blew me away.
The bedding is soft straight out of the packaging and after a couple of washes it's even better. The colours are vibrant and haven't faded at all. The fitted sheet actually fits properly too which sounds basic but you know how rare that is!
Delivery was quick and well packaged. I've since gone back and ordered a bundle deal which worked out great value.
My bathroom feels like a little spa now. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants stylish, cosy home essentials without spending a fortune.

I discovered this brand from a personal recommendation and was at first sceptical because prices felt too cheap and there were only two trustpilot reviews. But I took a gamble and ordered some bedding, towels and throws all for a significant discount to RRP and to my surprise they arrived they next day (I did pay an extra £2 for next day shipping) and I have to say the quality is great for the prices paid. I even emailed their customer service asking about their returns policy should I not like something and a polite lady called Lucy replied within 12 hours explaining that I could send anything unused back within 28 days for a refund. I decided to test out their return policy with a towel I preferred in another colour and it’s true I sent back the towel last week and got my refund yesterday. I’ve now reordered the towel in the other colour way and also several gifts at the same time…if you spend over £50 there is also free shipping this time :)

Wrong item sent and when I requested return/refund it said I had to pay postage. I've sent 4 emails advising that as it was their error return postage should be free. I've had no response to these emails nor have I received a return label

Bought several king size duvets thinking if they're reduced from £30+ each that should be quality... How very wrong one duvet as soon as washed and dried it the seams came undone, reached out to the company they said they would replace it and send a new one out to me so we shall see.
Having washed and dried the rest of the duvet cover sets the quality is very poor and seams are very poorly sewn.
There's no way the duvet sets were ever worth £30+ each.
You get better quality from the supermarkets these days.
