Bought my first proper Hot tub from Happy Hot Tubs around 3 months ago from there worthing site and have just had my 1st service done by happy hot tubs by a lovely chap called rob
His attention to detail is truly amazing he also did a small speaker speaker replacement for me .
Gave me some great advice on Ph levels etc and also arranged next day delivery of a spa vac ( which i didn't realise existed until rob showed me them )
Cannot rate this company high enough, really knowledgeable, extremely helpful

Happy Hot Tubs has lived up to their name. Delivery, and installation was carried out in a professional manner, and the controls fully explained. The sales staff are knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering queries, even basic ones. Based on our experience would certainly recommend.

Have used Happy Hot Tubs for a few spares and an Iopool floating sensor. Always been great service, and when the Iopool unit failed they were super quick to send a replacement. Definitively recommend using these guys for your hot tub needs.

Their customer service is second to none. I had an issue with a product and called Happy Hot Tubs. I got through to the wrong department but the person was very polite and took all my details and was very helpful. Ed returned my call within the hour. Although no fault of theirs he kindly offered to replace my faulty product, no questions, no quibble, and he was apologetic and exceedingly helpful. Got in touch with this company while looking for a specific lid, not going to be in stock for 6 weeks, got a call back the next day, to say they had sourced one, was put on website and I purchased immediately. Received exactly a week later and I live in a remote location, a Scottish island. Also gave me advice on what lifter, which I also ordered from them, received in 2 days. Fantastic company and great advisor Harry who dealt with my orders, would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Great service from the day we walked into the Happy hot tubs store in Redditch. Rob helped us select the right hot tubs for us. No hard sell at all. Rob and Jack have been answer all our questions pre and post hot tubs delivery and installation.
Installation was super easy the guys were pleasant and knowledgeable and gave full instructions on how to use the tub before they left.

Purchased our hot tub from Hydropool which in customer care totally let us down. We are therefore purchasing all our chemicals from Happy Hot Tubs from now on and wished we bought our hot tub from them too. Spoke to Ed today, as I had sooo many questions about the pipe cleaning process and chemicals; he was extremely patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Brilliant service and price
Needing a replacement cover for a Viking hot tub, the original supplier quoted both a long delay and significantly higher price for a branded product (almost double)

Great service from Happy Hot Tubs! Having done lots of research online, James understood what we wanted out of a hot tub and provided precisely that. Whole process was seamless from first visit to first use. Some clear guidance from Harry on installation and very quickly resolved a mismatching step. Rob and the team at happy hot tubs have been great, clearly very knowledgeable on the different hot tubs. No question is too much, always answered quickly and explained clearly. I ordered a new hard top cover for my hot tub from Happy Hot Tubs but also I required a protective cap cover. I couldn't see any on line so emailed Happy Hot Tubs. They said they could custom make one. The price they quoted was very reasonable. The protective cover has now been delivered and fits my hexagonal hot tub perfectly.

Highly recommend Happy Hot Tubs for their products, advice and service. I pop in to the shop in Rustington regularly for chemicals and accessories and always appreciate the guidance and advice I’m given by Peter, who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I purchased a new lid for my hot tub that was the incorrect size and had to return it. Absolutely no issue with this and Ed was very thorough with my options and offered one the correct size that unfortunately wasn't in stock so I took the refund. The speed of response was almost instantaneous and I would highly recommend dealing with this company over others.

Very professional company, Gary in the showroom is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The hot spring hot tub he helped us to choose is exactly what we were looking for and the after sales service has been excellent as well.

We have had our hot spring hot tub for ten months and very pleased with it when we changed our water this time in April and had been having trouble getting the levels right and we also had some foaming problems as well we even thought about draining the water and starting again so I went in to see Peter at the Worthing store who is so knowledgeable he came up with some suggestions and also tested the water and a few weeks later it is all working well and no foam. Just want to say a big thanks to Peter for your help. Nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again Peter
