This neon sign adds character to my living room and also works as ambient light in the evening. Stylish and practical.

This neon sign really elevates my streaming background. The colour is consistent, and it’s a nice balance of fun and professional.

I designed a custom neon message and it turned out perfect. The process was smooth, and the product feels well-made and professional.

The only thing that made me feel ripped off was that their product images were not real, Ada told me those were renderings and that the neon I received came with a very noticeable transformer, I wish I had checked the FAQ before ordering (based on Ada's advice) so that I would have gone with the LED neon instead of the glass neon (even though it's beautiful!

What an up and down journey! Before reading the reviews, I ordered a “Neon Like” sign and was told it would take a month to make because it was more complicated than a regular sign, however, customer service always responded to my emails and gave me the option to cancel the order. Today it arrived and I am ecstatic, it looks great and was worth the wait, the “Neon Like” sign looks like neon but is not neon but definitely worth the price, thanks.

Really like the neon sign I ordered. Unfortunately, the first sign I received was defective and customer service arranged to send a replacement. The service was very personal and the final product was exactly what I wanted!

I suffered long delays due to ordering during peak times, but didn't expect a free upgrade to the next size. It arrived on schedule and I am very happy with the product. Things weren't perfect, but HAPPYNEON did everything they could to make sure I received my order.

I placed an order with happyneon a few months ago - customer service contacted me very quickly to discuss the custom design I had created, they advised me to cut the neon into two pieces to protect it during delivery, however in the end I decided to keep it as one whole piece - they were very helpful. The neon arrived as planned and I am very pleased with it, I really love it.

HAPPYNEON is truly a great company to work with. I created a custom design and needed a quicker than usual delivery time, which they did! Great service and cheaper than other companies. I would definitely use them again.

They were very communicative during the order processing, which I appreciated because it takes a lot of time to make and ship. The final product is beautiful - exactly what my husband wanted. The lighting is bright and vivid and it looks great in my husband's gaming area. It is well made and sturdy. I will be coming back to HAPPYNEON for other neon lights.

I was blown away with Flowers in Bloom from Happy Neon. The led was perfect and hung it in a newly remodeled kitchen. Item came with no hitches and arrived in time for the open house party. It looks fantastic. Would order from them again if the opportunity arises. No shipping problems, came packed very well.

I've used happyneon before, so I approached them for this neon, and they didn't disappoint. We wanted to get a special gift for a friend while she was in remission. From start to finish, from customer service to the beautiful box we received, they were great. She loved it so much that the house was in tears when we presented it to her. Thank you happyneon for helping us create such a meaningful gift for our beautiful friend.

The two neons I purchased were made to my instructions and shipped relatively quickly and well packaged from China, the other larger sized neon took longer to ship from Korea. I have to add, just wish it could have been made in the US so I could have just called and not had to email the sales person.

I can't fault HAPPYNEON for their customer service, ease of ordering, or the actual product. Overall 5 stars Highly recommended!

I ordered a Jordan Jump neon for my grandson, I chose the white neon but I received a red version. I was disappointed. But Emma quickly replied to my email and explained what each option meant and it turned out I had chosen the wrong color! I wish I had known about the options ahead of time.
