Happy Peps is great and good prices- only down fall is sometimes when having great deals going on their form of payment I use is down- not their fault I’m sure -

I’ve had a good experience ordering , timely delivery, and customer service rectified the “free” shipping charge that was supposed to to have been included in order by not only giving me a credit but doubled the credit amount to my account. I’d recommend them, good prices and product quality is good too.

I have ordered multiple items

I have ordered multiple items. From retatrutide to BAC water and its all greay quality. More recently I would give 5 stars. But BAC took more than 2 weeks to arrive. When normally took less than 1 week.

The order did not add the promotional item, shipping or an item that was paid for.

The first order was received.
The second order had a promotion applicable to my order. They did not honor the promotion or the free shipping that was applicable for my order. They also did not have an item I had purchased in the shipment. I emailed and have not received a response.
Will choose to order elsewhere if they cannot get my order correct, it concerns me about the product being high quality.

Hi Susan my apologies for the error. Looks like at checkout the newyr26 code was not added . We will reship your full order with 2 Reta and 1 cream . This should cover the over charge for the shipping. Is this a good solution to make you happy?
