They had just what i needed at a fair price and shipped promply, keeping my project on track. They fit perfectly and were easy to install and were very good quality.

The ordering process for our clothes hanging rod was straight forward and easy. The rods arrived quickly and all of the rods and hardware seem to be quality items. The screws that came with the supports are the typical cheap screws that strip out the head with the first bit of resistance, so predrilling the holes is a must. The main reason for 4 stars though is the color variation between the end supports, the center supports and the rods. All three were ordered as the same finish, but all 3 items are noticeably different shades of brass. Would order from them again, just knowing what to expect from the product finishes.

Drawer pulls arrived safely and as expected. Shipping was quick and there was good communication for when they would arrive. Pleased with the product for the price.

The item I purchased was exactly what I was looking for. The only downside was the cost to ship it was greater than the cost of the item.

I researched for days for oval clothes rods, and ended up buying from Hardware-decor.com and HIGHLY recommend them. Amazon and others offer custom cuts, etc but they're WAY overpriced for what you get. Hardware-Decor.com cut perfectly, and shipped crazy fast. I think I got it a day or two at most after I ordered!

It’s been “different “….. the order process with Hardware Decor was perfect. Sadly, to save money, we selected the USPS shipping (the others were more than double the USPS price) and got caught in weather conditions, employee turnover and government bureaucracy that the postal service is notorious for. But this company did everything they could to update us and keep us in the loop. After 3 weeks, we are expected to receive the item today. Yay!

I had no idea how to order and if I was even order the right items for what I needed done! The woman who helped was amazing!! She was patient, knowledgeable and kind. I could not have ordered without her help, and I also had to call her several times. She truly deserves a medal for dealing with me. I can’t remember her name. But thank you for having an exceptional employee!!
