Total scam. If the product doesn’t fit your dog. There is no return policy. If you open the package you are screwed. Obnoxious customer service people also. The harness itself was garbage. You have been warned.

Disgusting

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Receiving a very expensive heart medicine for our pup. We had to put out pup down two days ago because of it, the heart medicine was on autoship, and showed up yesterday, now they're telling us we can't return or get a refund for a medicine that is worthless now. And the tone coming from the other side was not someone that understands the pain a family goes through. Disgusting, and I'll be reporting to the BBB and online for everyone with pets to just go through Chewy, whom happily refunded us for his others meds.

Because this item is a prescription medication, state and federal regulations prevent us from accepting returns or issuing refunds unless the medication is recalled. While we know that does not make this situation easier, we are required to follow those rules.

We also regret that our communication did not come across with the care and compassion you deserved. That was never our intention, and we’re truly sorry for the distress this experience caused during an already heartbreaking time.

Received wrong product, will not send correct.

Received wrong product. Called customer service, explaiined I am a senior handicapped person and they said send a photo of wrong item to have them reship correct item. I did and they keep saying I have to send wrong item back. I do not get out to 'ship things back'. Very disappointed and will not purchase from this companay again.

My cat can't eat and is quite possibly dying. I spent 1500$ on vet bills and pay these lazy sacks of garbage 40$ for 1-2 day shipping. These worthless, no good losers waited 2 full days to ship it on F Friday so it doesn't show up till Monday. Worthless

Don't risk having your money stolen

Don't risk having your money stolen. I ordered two medications and never received the (more expensive) second one. Wrote to Customer Service several times — still no answer at the time of writing this review. It's been over two weeks since my order, now my pet is without medication and I am out of $75.

What a wonderful thing ........

I purchased medication for my Zoey several months ago. i received a notice they were shipping and i contacted the customer service to inform them Zoey passed. They immediately stop the shipment and credited my card. I received a note of condolences and yesterday i received a hand written card and a memorial frame. I was so touched. What a wonderful thing to be so kind as to reach out and express sympathy to someone who only purchased a few items. That is a company to support. Fast delivery, Great customer service

I placed two orders both on separate days. The first order i had ordered two bottles of antibiotics and when I submitted order I realized I could order a big bottle, in which I would get more and pay about the same. I called and they were able to fix my order with no issues. The second order, I used the express shipping, and the order came promptly the next afternoon. I would definitely use them again.

It would not let me give a zero star…

It would not let me give a zero star rating or I would! I ordered something for my koi pond July 2025, with the extra route protection, and they send me an email and say its been sent. Then they send me an email saying they don't actually have the product (which should have let me know it was a sketchy company to begin with!). I finally requested a refund in September as it had still not shown up and it still had never been shown as moving on the shipment tracker and they finally refunded me a THIRD OF WHAT I PAID claiming that it was subject to a restocking fee and the delivering costs were non-refundable in October?! If I look at the tracker now it still says "Hang tight, your package will ship soon" This company has shameful customer service practices, stay clear.

When I received the cooler with the cold Insulin today, I was so grateful to receive it. That alone justified paying the extra money. I am so impressed with their keeping me posted about shipping and seeing when it would arrive. And the packing of the cooler being sent from Calfornia to Florida is truly remarkable. I wish I would have read the reviews…

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I placed an order and didn't realize I could have gotten 70 pills for $6 more and I ended up paying $1 a pill. No returns so they conned me out of $57.83 for 60 pills. I thought shipping was free over $49

If it so easy why do they have so many negative replies and why no return policy. They could at the least agreed to an adjustment of some kind but all they want is your money. Still a bait and switch company

🚫 Warning to EU customers

🚫 Warning to EU customers – DO NOT buy from HardyPaw

I ordered a single bottle of a dog supplement as a private customer from Spain.

Despite HardyPaw’s own policy clearly stating that they do not ship pet food or prescriptions internationally, they processed and shipped the product without any warning.
The shipment was blocked by customs, and I was required to pay nearly 7 times the product's value in customs fees, health inspection, and broker services in order to retrieve it.

When I contacted HardyPaw for help, they responded vaguely, ignored most of my emails, and refused to take responsibility or refund the shipping.

It seems they ship internationally without verifying if the products can legally enter the country, and leave the customer to deal with the consequences.
This makes me wonder if they might be profiting from shipping charges, even when orders never reach their destination.

💬 Avoid this company if you’re outside the U.S.
It’s risky, expensive, and shows zero customer support.

Update;
Thank you for your response.
I had already contacted your support team several times but received no real help.
The issue was not about random customs fees — it was caused by HardyPaw shipping a product they clearly state cannot be exported internationally.
This was confirmed by customs.
I appreciate your polite message, but this problem could have been avoided by simply following your own shipping policy.
Hopefully my experience helps other EU customers avoid the same mistake.

Incompetent company with friendly and prompt customer service, who apparently lies

Ordered my dog’s medication on Thursday and on Friday spoke to Dave in customer service who was awesome and super helpful and friendly and said it should arrive on Saturday, and if not then, then on Monday. It did not arrive Saturday or Monday. On Tuesday I checked with FedEx which said it was delayed and would be here on Wednesday between 5 and 8 PM. Dave and the other girl in customer service assured me that they put extra ice bags in, and the medicine—which has to be refrigerated and/or on ice—would definitely still be viable when it arrived. There were two very small ice packs in the bag, and they were at room temperature which was 71°, so I’m sure the medicine isn’t viable anymore and needs to be thrown away. Also, it was very frustrating dealing with their pharmacist because my vet faxed over the prescription multiple times and Hardy Paw kept saying they didn’t have it, and then my vet thought I had ordered too little of the amount and asked them to double the prescription so I could give him a second dose in a week, but Hardy Paw informed me that I was only approved for one box and the second box would be sent when they got the approval. I was on the phone with Hardy Paw and my vet five times each during the day so a total of 10 phone calls. Dave in customer service told me that he was packing the box himself and that the other box would arrive in a separate shipment, but everything arrived together, so did he actually pack it himself like he said he did? And why did I receive my box on Wednesday night when I ordered it on Thursday night? I was not offered any options on the shipping charge because it had to be 2 Day Express because it had to be refrigerated, and it was $37 to ship it. That’s clearly not 2 day shipping, so I’m extremely upset with FedEx as well.

Medication Viability: Our packing protocols are designed with safety margins in mind. We use medical-grade insulation and ice packs that are tested for up to 72 hours of temperature protection under typical transit conditions. That said, if you have any doubts about the product’s integrity, we absolutely want to make it right. Please contact us directly and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Prescription Issues: We apologize for the communication breakdown between us and your veterinarian. These situations are rare but can be frustrating when they occur. We’ve since reviewed the order and are working internally to improve coordination with vet offices to prevent this kind of back-and-forth in the future.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. They do not refund. They do not care about their customers. This is a profit only company that makes no effort to bridge concerns and issues with customers. Save your money and buy from a different company. I have them on video more or less saying they do not care about why I did not receive my package.
