I’m 6 weeks post op from my breast augmentation and honestly couldn’t be happier. From the first consultation, through surgery and recovery, I’ve felt so supported, well informed, and most importantly absolutely thrilled with the results.
I wanted something that looked natural for my body but gave me a boost in an area that’s always felt a bit lacking, and they’re perfect. They suit my shape so well and I genuinely can’t stop looking at them.

Riaz has been excellent from day one and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. If you’re thinking about it, all I can say is book the consultation… you won’t regret it.

I had my consultation with Dr Riaz recently for having a breast augmentation and labiaplasty. Dr Riaz is such a lovely surgeon, you instantly feel so calm and safe in his presence.
I felt I was able to make a informed decision on what was best for me and my body.
My surgery is just under a week away, and I’m very excited to see the outcome!

Dr. Agha is one of the few Surgeons that does a breast augmentation with fat transfer. And he does it very well! This operation is not common, with many surgeons recommending replacement implants, but I think more women would choose it if the option was known to them. I didn't want more implants, as I wanted to avoid further surgery when I am older.

Dr Agha is very experienced, both clinically and academically, and is honest about risks, potential complications and what can be realistically achieved with your body type and composition. This might feel uncomfortable or disappointing if you want something specific but, really, it is EXACTLY what you want in a surgeon, not someone who tells you what you want to hear or promises the unachievable!

The operation itself was a couple of hours and my pain was managed well afterwards. I am not going to lie, the donor site for the fat grafting, in my case my thighs, was pretty swollen and bruised. Lipo is pretty brutal as a procedure so this was all normal but you need to prepare yourself for a 4-6 week recovery. Get up and walk whenever you can even if it's hard! The other thing to prepare for is 6 weeks of compression garments worn 24/7! Do not do this procedure in the summer and ruin your own life! But you should wear them and DO NOT deviate as you will get better results if you do as you are told!

Would I recommend this surgery? Yes. Particularly if you want to be free of your implants. If you want a huge size increase then it probably isn't for you but if you want natural breasts that lay down when you do then definitely consider! There are risks and you need to consider these carefully but Dr Agha will explain them fully so you can make an informed choice.

Would I recommend Dr Agha? Yes. He is invested in what he does and in getting a good result for his patients. My results are in pictures in his literature/website....because who doesn't like having their picture taken with hardly anything on in harsh lighting with no filter?! This procedure worked for me and 6 weeks in I still have good volume and am pretty much healed and back to normal.

The staff were so friendly.
The surgeon was friendly and welcoming. He took his time during consultation, explaining all the risks involved in the surgery, and advised of the things before I could consider it. Very supportive.

From the moment I met Dr. Agha I felt completely at ease. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel genuinely understood, rather than rushed or pressured in any way.
