Finally got the help I needed, I only wish I found them sooner

The entire process was very easy and smooth. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely informative. I got started with Alixa Winn, who provided excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend her!

The consultant and Dr made me feel heard for the first time in two years that I’ve been trying to contact the doctor about my hormone issues. They were straight to the point with no bullshit involved.

Harley meds has been an outstanding experience, from the first consultation call, labs order was sent within 2 hrs with descriptive orders. As soon as my labs were completed, I received a text had an appointment for 3 hrs later. The ladies i spoke with were all very knowledgeable, kind understanding. This whole process has been amazing. Should have my meds in 3 days. All together from consultation labs and med delivery to my front door all in 7 days!

The overall experience was a seamless process. I completed the forms one day with schedule. Arrived ahead of time, and the was in and out prior to my scheduled time. Received feedback, provided a consultation and details with recommendations. Proceeded with provided plan, and awaiting arrival. I was a great experience.

Everybody was great, got my testing done quickly the only issue that I see is how long it takes for my medication to be delivered.

So easy to talk to and quick but thorough.

Some companies grow just so fast that they forget about customer service and I don't know why but Harley Meds doesn't seem to move to fast to get you your refills and uses the cheapest of cheap supplies to have you use for their TRT program. I've been on Testosterone replacement for over 30 years and have used 20 or more companies over those years so I know the good from the bad and HM is on the lower end of understanding customer service support.

Excellent response times. Literally received my meds 10 days after labs were completed. Too notch communication.
