..product never delivered. This company is completely fraudulent and will neither deliver any product or refund your money. I've literally stopped online purchasing due to this company. Trust nothing and no one online without thorough research.

Scam. Delivered a card, support email does not repond, DO NOT PURCHASE HERE !!!

(SCAM) The piece of paper they sent me was fabulous! Just really wish I got what was actually advertised. Don’t buy from these people, it’s a complete scam and you’ll never get your order other than a piece of paper, which has a 10% discount! How fun, you guys lose 10% of the money that’s 100% profit!

Delayed 'delivery'. Contact email does not work.
The only thing that arrived, 6 weeks after order, was a post card saying 'your package has been delivered'.
No way to contact company as support@harmowood. bounces back immediately. Will not use again and do not recommend.

Aus meiner Erfahrung ist das Betrug. Ich kann nur jedem raten Finger weg.
Die bestellte Ware ist nie angekommen. Statt dessen kam ein kuriose in englisch verfasster Gutschein über eine Gewinnspielteilnahme. Die e-mail Adresse des Kundendienstes gibt es nicht. Anzeige wegen Eingehungsbetrug wird erstattet.

Appears to be a SCAM - Order was placed last month and site states quick shipping. I thought nothing of it when I didn't receive my order within that time frame as on the 'Shop' app said it was still pending plus they gave a tracking number. I originally believed the product was from the UK but appears not, the order number they gave was coming from China which was also fine. The issue came when the order from China stated it was in the country and out for delivery and delivered 'posted through the letter box' ( don't know how they'd fit 2.6m x 0.6m panels through my letter box). Upon checking it was an envelope with a card stating 'Upon unfactored demand my order will take 15-20 days, if I do not ask for a refund I will be entered into a draw for an all inclusive holiday to the Maldives'. I still thought nothing on it until I tried to reach out to their customer service to ask if another tracking number will be provided for my actual order. They claim a 24-48 hour response with no contact number after waiting 5 days I emailed another 2 times along with their online form being filled out with no response to any. After looking on here it would appear they have forged their Trustpilot reviews and possibly the reviews on site. Also their company does not appear to be registered on the UK gov website so their company can not be UK based even though their site states it is.

Stay away from this fictitious company. Their address is a Museum in the UK. My credit card company told me payment shows the company is in New Mexico. 10 days since my order. Wrote three emails without a single reply. Nothing has shipped. Initiated charge back with my credit card company. They are THIEVES!! You will lose your money if you order from them. Stay away please. Be warned!!!

I have ordered some wall panels the money has been taken from my bank but have heard nothing from them. There are no contact details on there website. It say on there speak to customer services any time !!! But how ?

I'm going to report this as fraud, you guys are nothing but thieves.

It's been 10 business days since my order and their shipping policy states that it takes 1-5 business days to process and ship the order. I emailed them and no response. Considering the other reviews, details of the website, no phone number, address not located in the US, the relatively cheap price shrouded as "Black Friday sale", all leads me to believe this company is a scam site. Do Not Buy for this site!

Do not buy from this company — they are a scam. My order was never shipped, and they completely stopped responding to all messages and emails. They show Trustpilot reviews on their site, but these are fake

They advertise a 5 star trust pilot but in reality it is a 2.5. Also the price seems way to good to be true. Address associated with them is listed as 221B Baker Street, London, NW1 6XE, United Kingdom which is a Sherlock Holmes museum.
