Harper Collins sold a poorly printed copy of Ribsy by Beverly Cleary to the school book fair. Pages are outrageously out of order and some chapters are missing from the text entirely. I notified them of this misprint a month ago and they have responded with silence. Very disappointed in their casual acceptance of unreadable material.

Harper publishing is a fraud company ran by Steve Collins. They destroyed my dreams, future and passion for writing. They published my book and all communication with them cut off because I refused to pay for their nonsense website for 1500.09. This company is heartless.

But unless I am not a true follower of Jesus Christ they will all reap what they have done to many people. I never got my royalty Che is, but they have one coming to them.

Please everyone this is serious this is not a trust worthy company. Do not ever use them for business or professional practices. They are evil 👿 and there’s a place call hell that will burn them all up for the rest of their lives. They are satanist, horrible company.

This is my first experience with Harper Collins and I can only judge based on this purchase. I bought the deluxe editions of The Lord of the Rings and The Silmarillion, but, despite the high price, both books arrived with many quality issues. Harper Collins have recognized that some of the problems I found are present in the most of the books printed.
However, the only thing I got after emailing them for a week, was the link to buy both books again. It has to be a big business, if the customer has to buy such an expensive book twice or more to get a decent copy.

Ordered an ebook, downloaded the poxy app and couldn’t even read the book I’d bought!!! 3.99 wasted!

I do not recommend this employer. Working here is a joke. Management treats you like a kid in school but what happened at the end was beyond my understanding of this company. I quit my job for daily raids and these are not such pants and this does not correspond to the fact that the earpiece is in the ear and it is a problem that someone is going to the toilet. The problems they come up with are ridiculous. Their employees stand and talk after 20,30 minutes in front of the manager and no reaction, they wear headphones, they sit in the toilet after 20 minutes and talk on the phone to all this work they are supposed to do during the day they do half! At the end, after exchanging sentences with the manager that I was going on a break and I had an earphone in my ear, I went on a break and then without a word I finished my work and went, I said I was resigning and left. without much words and exchanges. The next day he gets information and at the morning meeting people are scared of an invented story that did not happen! That they fired me because I had an accident at work and fell under a forklift while wearing headphones and that they should not use headphones because they will fire me! this situation is a joke and fraud, it is suitable for libel! there is no report, no witnesses, no cameras and I came back with no problem to return the items safe and sound! I do not recommend this company even for the fact that they can not earn respect among em ployees so they scare them !!!

This company destroys literature with its progressive censorship. Disgusting and shameful.

This company is appalling. I ordered a small book for my son 10 days ago and have heard nothing and had no email information regarding postage. I messaged them to be told it's not in stock. Why has no one informed me!
I have now been told to that a refund request has been processed, refund request??? I'm maybe more literal than a lot of people but surely if you have no stock a refund should be automatic.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It is now re ordered via Amazon and I will await my refund in anticipation, as they appear to be intermittent depending on the customer service.

Don't buy their eBooks if you have a Kindle, Kobo or similar. You will not be able to download it and you will not be able to get a refund. These things aren't obvious, you'll need to read the disclaimers.

You'll be stuck with their eBook reader and unable to do any kind of export.

My order never arrived and was unable to get a refund. I tried to get a hold of customer service but they were unhelpful. They blamed UPS and told me to contact them instead. UPS told me to contact Harper Collins, so it was a lot of back and forth. I ended paying for books I never received. It’s unfortunate Harper Collins is this way. I would prefer not to buy from Amazon and support publishing companies directly, but I think I’ll have to go back to buying books on Amazon.

I ve order there e-book, but it can be read only in their cell app.

This guy are cheaters and they should be prosecuted by police and arrested.

I just bought an e-Book recommended by a friend. After paying, this editor sends me a link to an online service -Glose.com- which is the ONLY WAY to read the book. Online and through an app/service.
And there is no refund. Even small, it's a shame.

Item never came (waited for two months - from England to Ireland). Got an apology and a promise after three weeks when I asked for an update but it is still not here...

Just to let you know I and all my family and friends will never buy a Harper Collins publication again after your publishing of Harry and Meghan's book. There were so many lies and inconsistencies in it and you could not have done due diligence or they would not have been published. You should be ashamed of yourselves. We are loyal followers of The Queen and the Riyal Famiky and you have knowingly contributed to the Queen's anxieties over recent years. And now you are allowing them to add an extra bit which again will cause the Queen anguish. They are being allowed to perpetrate ore lies which most of the world will believe. How could you do this

One of the worst companies out there. We had a business account with them to purchase Bibles for our retail store. Quit doing business with them after they tried to double charge us on 3 different orders. Then they "lost" our checks and demanded we pay them again. Now they are trying to fine us for being "late" on a payment that they lost and we tried to correct innumerable times by phone and email which they refused to answer. They are nothing but criminals and goons, and I wish nothing but the worst on anyone who could be low enough scum to work for bottom feeders like Harper Collins. We will sue for harassment, if they don't stop sending bills. They will never get another penny out of us.

Ordered a copy of the anniversary edition of Lord of the Rings. It was very poorly packaged and had received significant damage in transit. They refused to accept any responsibility and refused to replace the book. They only offered a refund if I returned the book at my own expense.

Harper Collins are reputed as the Number One publishing company in the USA. Several years ago I had the privilege and pleasure of working for the Vice President of Advertising. I was responsible for scheduling meetings with top authors such as Tiger Woods, Stephen King and James Patterson just to name a few. One might say the dream job for those with a passion for publishing. Harper is very selective about whom they hire and with whom they do business. I learned a great deal about publishing while working there. Subsequently, I published my own cookbook and have been writing/publishing online ever since. When Harper Collins accepts and approves your manuscript, consider yourself on the Dean's List of Publications. Today, Harper Collins continues to stand strong and alone in the world of publishing.

Psst! I actually started as a short-term temp and was assigned to Harper Collins Advertising for four weeks. After I completed my gig, I was on another assignment when I learned Harper's Vice President of Advertising wanted to offer me a permanent position. I was thrilled and blessed.

HarperCollins have an really bad costume service. I talked with 3 lady’s over the phone and all the three was so rude with me.
Don’t sign anything from them if you don’t wanna have problems in the future calling their awful customer service.
They charged me for a subscription that I didn’t authorized and when I called asking for refund I had I really hard time with them on the phone. It’s already been more then a month and I didn’t received the refund yet.
Everyone that I spoke to on the phone was rude in every word and they don’t care about you. Just an advice
