Customer service is excellent. Products came a day early. The most important thing is I have been taking HO.Gummys for 30 days now. No question the best CBD,Thc and mushroom gummy on the market. I have never felt better in my life. The best Product,I have ever tried.

Thought that I had canceled this. Then there was no way of canceling. Said that my email was not on file. Tried to call no answer. No reminder before hand just charged my card. Please cancel. My dog doesn’t use enough of these to warrant a subscription that I thought was cancelled.

I placed an order on June 18th. On June 22nd 4 days later I finally received confirmation and a tracking #. As of today June 29th it only shows a shipping label has been prepared and awaiting package. I emailed the issue and received reply stating they will send another one and if I ever receive original order to mail it back to them. It's hard to review product that is never received

If I could leave less then 1 star I would!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WORTHLESS PRODUCT!!! Absolutely doesn't work you are paying over $60 for a tiny bottle of milky white looking water that is supposed to be vanilla mint flavor gross taste as well!!! Mold will also form on the inside of the bottle. You have to have a subscription also which is not user friendly to cancel. Dont waste your time or money!!!

The product is great. But when I got ready to use it somehow the cap was not on tight and some of the product leaked.

I am giving a 5-star review because I believe this company has done its research and has provided one of the best products on the market. They stand by their refund policy. I did return my mind because it just was not what I was looking for, but I do believe this is a superior product compared to others.

I really appreciated living up to your word on getting me this product when I needed it. Although I expected it to come from Malibu, CA to WA (short distance), I was shocked when USPS tracking showed it was coming from Indiana to WA, and told me it would arrive in 5 days vs. the 2-3 day shipping I paid for. This was the only kink that gave me anxiety. USPS classified this package as first class vs. expedited, in spite of what it actually was. Due to my conditions & being forced to sit in a classroom for 8 hrs a day w/o moving, this was a big deal. I understand that Harrelson’s Own has no hands in the shipping pipeline, but this is a big issue that may be affecting your clients that pay a lot for expedited shipping. You may want to reach out to your shipping partner and ask why this is happening. I was upset that I paid so much for expedited shipping and was going to receive standard first class from Indiana vs. California (would’ve arrived on time if it was shipped first class). However, I was finally relieved when it arrived in the nick of time.
