I ordered a Curbar 5L Race vest, there was a small problem with one of the zips. Following an email to Harrier the vest was replaced quickly. Excellent customer service and a great product.

Love their kits and the customer service is the best ever. I had a problem with one of my Helvellyn pole and it was swiftly sorted.

Customer service and available information is non-existent. I placed an order #98160 ok 14th February 2026. I was meant to receive a "help guide" to show me how to use my new gear, this wasn't included. I looked on the website and all the videos are promotional, none are informative.

I contacted the customer service and had zero confirmation my request was being handled, I waited 2 days and then sent a follow up to check my request was in the system and was told it was but if I were to contact again it would push my request to the back of the queue, no idea how this was decided as an effective system.

After 3 more days, I was told they don't have a help guide they can scan and email and are "in the process" of getting me sent a copy.

Well, 2 weeks later and I've had zero update. Will not be using again.

I bought some Helvellyn Pro running poles which are great and lovely to use, but unfortunately one broke on my third outing. Harrier were amazing at agreeing to replace these without question or hassle. I can’t fault their customer support/ services. Thanks Harrier.

I ordered z- fold catbells pro for my husband. Oryginaly I got the wrong size and guys from Harrier were most helpful in advising me on which ones I should get.
The exchange was easy and delivery super quick.
The running poles are great quality and design.
I asked my husband to get me a pair for my birthday too :)

Pre-order fail

Order place 14 Nov 2025 with goods due to arrive end Nov.
Delivery moved to 8/012 and still not received
Website then updates to say 15/12
Phones ring to voice mail and email feed back includes every excuse under the sun why they cant deliver...

Total lack of communication around what was happening with a pre-order. When I advised that I hadn’t had an email from them about any delay to the preorder, they said check junk (it wasn’t there) and didn’t explain what the delay was, or when the jacket might arrive. I then asked for clarification and for the original email to be resent I’d not had it.. this was ignored until I chased again a week later using their web form and told them to refund me, as they had my money for almost 45 days with no goods and no proper update. Not ideal!

I've ordered several times from them. Kit is good value, works well amd is dispatched quickly. I did have a warranty issue with one item but the service was excellent and it was replaced no questions.

I've used their running poles and pack for nearly 6 months over hundreds of miles. Definitely well made and durable.

So the experience is fine, they send on time and are polite and courteous, my problem is the products. The waterproof trousers are excellent quality, but “unisex” fit. This is men’s fit. They are not cut for women. The water bottles are great, but the valves are an actual nightmare. The flow is slow and they fall off, I’m constantly picking the rubber bits out of sheep droppings, peaty moorland etc etc. I know we are all supposed to love them because they have cool points and famous people like them, and I’m going against popular opinion, but as a long distance runner, I’ve had better products from other brands. I’m not new to this, I’ve been running for 25 years. This stuff is ok, and probably good for getting people into running longer distances, but I wouldn’t trust it in a race and the men’s fit clothing for my woman’s body is not ideal.

Can not praise this company enough. Their equipment is excellent. Their customer service is quick to reply and top level. I will definitely be using harrier in the future.

We are attempting the spine race in June and my daughter is pretty much full on Harrier..waterproof jacket, trousers, waist belt and poles. All fantastic quality at a really great price. Much better value for money that some of the bigger more well established outdoor trail running/hiking brands. Just wish I’d been recommended them before I started building up my own kit although I do have their poles!

Exceptional experience, right from the start, website, choices of kit, explanations, video’s, descriptions and stats, free postage, quality of the kit, to the speedy delivery and aftercare. I will 100% be using Harrier Trail Running again, and definitely recommending them. I ordered the Helvellyn Pro Carbon Z-Poles V2, and Men’s Exmoor Waterproof Jacket, the poles are the nuts, lightweight, sturdy and easy to deploy, I have only used them briefly to test them, but I’m really pleased with them. The Jacket is well thought out, and it absolutely laden with features, decent HH and MVTR rating, pits zips, pockets, adjustable hood, thumb loops to name a few, I’m actually looking forward to some to rain to test it out! Thanks to Kate and the team at Harrier for the quality kit.

Met the team at the national running show. Staff were so helpful in giving advice for upcoming ultra and what running poles to go for. Finally managed to take them out and they are 10/10. Massively helped keep energy in my thighs and calves. Gamechanger. Great company and will definitely be going back in the future . Would recommend to anyone!!!
