The customer liaison was polite, and able to arrange for the invoice detailing future instalments to be delivered along with the order confirmation.
Also, although the two parts of the order were to be delivered separately, and were despatched separately, they typically both arrived the same day, thanks to "Royal" Mail.

H and N service was ok. However, the Royal Mail left.the first delivery outside my empty house. I had no tracking data, and the package was left unsigned for, and in full view to the public for approx 2 hours.
