Extremely helpful, skilled, well informed experts with excellent customer service! I am so pleased with my purchase and the service I received today and since I made the purchase. I have bought a super king ottoman, with mattress delivered and fitted in the small cosy room that I have for my wife and I. I am well happy from their service and the fitters were very careful of their surroundings and also took our old mattress away too which helped us a lot as I couldn’t fit than in my car. Highly recommended, excellent service and great price and discounts.

I am so glad I decided to order my mattress from Harry Benmore !!
First he personally discussed my needs and preferences with me and then when I told him I had an enclosed staircase and a stairlift he was positive about a successful delivery.
On the day of delivery the initial company were not able to negotiate the stairs but nothing daunted Harry and his brother Michael arranged for a local removal company to try again. This company Midland Moves were brilliant and would not be defeated. My old mattress was removed the the new one put in place.
I can't imagine any other mattress company having better customer service than Harry Benmore. Bravo !!!

Just over a week since I have been sleeping on my new mattress. I am enjoying it very much, it is great and very comfortable. Top quality as I was expecting.

Well, this company was a sheer pleasure to order from. We do have some specific health needs and the comprehensive assessment questionnaire to pick the right mattress for us was brilliant. We opted to have our old mattress taken away and I was brilliantly supported arranging this with Jane. We only had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery and had Harry himself leave a message to confirm this. We got a 3 hour time slot notification the day before and a promised call from the delivery drivers some 15 to 20 minutes prior to their arrival. The delivery and removal process was smooth and the guys from BJS deliveries were very polite and respectful. First night on the new mattress after years of MSK issues which we didn't necessarily relate solely to the old mattresses and wow! what a great night sleep we had. More importantly we woke up with no aches and pains. Even Sidney seemed more settled (he's a dog, we are not a throuple). We will definitely be recommending Harry Benmore Mattress Maker to others. Great quality, faultless customer service with a personal touch, and most importantly a bloody comfy mattress.

I was a little sceptical buying online without testing the mattress first. But I am glad I went for it.

Don't think of the free trial as a marketing gimmick. Harry personally sees to it that you get the mattress most suitable to your needs.

Firstly the story about Harry's grandma is very real and the showroom is a testament to her legacy. And I am a big fan of supporting local businesses which carry on with the legacy for future generations to enjoy.

Secondly the customer service and satisfaction is better than the big department stores. Attention to detail counts at every step of the decision to purchase to delivery experience.

Thirdly the quality of the product is awesome. I went for the Alpaca mattress and it is supreme! The sleep comfort, the weight of the fillings and handstitched sides is incredible.

I’m so delighted with my new mattress noticed the difference on the first night. I have a collapsed vertebra and two slipped discs so I needed a medium firm mattress noticed the difference straight away. I’m so glad I bought it. It’s worth every penny better than a matress that comes rolled in a box, the quality is outstanding . Harry is so knowledgeable and helpful with all enquiries. We bought the alpaca mattress and it is fabulous! The quality and comfort are second to none. We have only had it a few days but are confident that nothing will change. We sleep well all night long. Speedy, efficient delivery and double layered packaging. Harry was helpful and quick in responding to all our questions.

Purchased the hybrid pro wow this mattress is about as close as you can get to sleeping on a cloud it’s perfect my missus and I are both highly delighted. Had it about a month and from day one we both have the best nights sleep ever. We were so close to buying from a well known store and was told the warranty was for one year. I thought over a thousand pound and only one year was not good. Then an advert appeared on my Facebook when I saw the warranty was for 10 years I thought Harry must have a lot of faith in his product. Was dubious buying on line without trying but my fears were unfounded. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I'd been using a memory-foam hybrid mattress for the last few years and always found it a bit too unforgiving which caused hip and shoulder pain (as I'm a side sleeper). After much research Harry Benmore seemed to offer the best mix of support and comfort. I've had it a week now and it's like sleeping on a cloud. Amazingly comfortable. My smart-watch sleep app shows that I've had a quality sleep every night so far, compared to the mixed results that I used to get with my old mattress.

The customer service is top-notch too. After a bit of a mix-up regarding the collection of the old mattress, I was contacted immediately by the owner's brother who was able to rectify the issue same day. Faultless!

After many months of pain due to mattress and previous mistakes buying a mattress i contacted Harry on whatsapp. He messsged back, left a voice note with advice on the mattress he felt would suit us most after reviewing the information i provided. We went for the kingsize silk and cashmere. Harry and the team were extremely helpful, they also had many excellent reviews so decided to purchase. Delivered by BJS who were excellent. We have had our new mattress one week and finding we are sleeping much better. The quality is first class as was the delivery time.
The delivery company were excellent and even delivered earlier that originally timed.
All in all a good experience.

From the beginning of my interest I was impressed by the commitment to producing a well priced quality product,
what also appealed was the use of natural materials & traditional pocketed springs as I was looking to replace my well used Vispring mattress.
I opted for what Harry suggested was the best option by ordering an Alpaca mattress which is frankly superb I also took advantage of a further saving by going for a clearance one & I anticipate many years of blissful slumber!!
Please give Harry, his team & their excellent range of mattresses serious consideration…..

The best mattress I can imagine. I ordered soft and it is really soft and comfortable from the moment you sit on it until next morning. I highly recommend this medium/soft silk and cashmere to anyone fed up with hard solid mattresses which feel like boards. Excellent night’s sleep. It came within promised dates and delivery was as predicted with helpful staff.

Had our silk and cashmere king size for just over a week. Getting used to it after a sagging foam mattress. Very comfortable and impressed with the quality. Communication with Harry was excellent, advising us by email suitable mattresses. Website easy to view and make final decision. Delivery company very good, and was able to communicate directly with them regarding vehicle size and access to our property. Very impressed.
