I recently changed accountants after being fed up with the poor level of service I was receiving. Since moving over to HWA I have been impressed by the exceptional and professional service provided. I have multiple businesses which comes with its own challenges, however Steven quickly understood my accounting needs, nothing has been too much trouble and he always replies to emails in a timely manner. I would highly recommend HWA.

I'd wholeheartedly recommend the HWA team based on my recent experience of submitting a Self Assessment and Annual Accounts as a sole trader.

I was up against it in submitting a return and did some research locally to find a company that had been recommended by other small business owners. From start to finish, HWA was extremely helpful, understanding, transparent, and completed the task in good time of the HMRC deadline on my behalf.

Harry and team deal with both our Limited Company and private tax affairs in a friendly and efficient manner. Not always an easy task given my own level of disorganisation.

Kudos to Harry and his team – I wished I’d gone the Limited company route years ago.

I am an IT contractor and for over 3 years have been working through an umbrella company. Almost everyone I spoke with said working through my own Limited Company is more flexible and tax efficient than using an Umbrella company. I understood why they said this but resisted as this would involve doing additional paperwork, tax returns, Payroll, VAT returns, IR35 regulations a plethora of other things.

I approached Harry Walker Associates 6 months ago and explained that I wanted the ease of using an umbrella company with the tax efficiency of a Limited company. Harry simply “got it”, this is exactly what I have ended up with. Almost all my “Limited Company paperwork” is taken care of allowing me to just focus on doing a good job for my Client. The Harry Walker Associates team focuses on doing a good job for me.

Yes of course it's more expensive than using an umbrella company but this is offset by paying less tax in the long term and so I’m still better off. As I said at the beginning I wish I had done this sooner. Well done Harry Walker Associates, a 5-star rating from me and highly recommended to anyone in my position.

I am a retired doctor and have worked in both the uk and the Republic of Ireland. I had outstanding euro invoices which complicated my tax returns . I cannot hear on the phone and am frequently away from home . Harry Walker helped me via email and sorted everything out promptly and efficiently. I have dealt with many accounting firms in my career , both large and small . Harry Walker has been the best by far .
