Order arrived promptly. Incorrect items were dealt with quickly and exchanged without problems. Very easy to contact the company and talk to the right person. I love the quality of their linens and towels. I’ve ordered from them before and gone back several times. Excellent value.

Recieved my order super quick. Quality of the spa towels is really good. Will definetly be ordering more for my salon.

Amazing company. Quick delivery, very friendly staff

A great experience from start to finish! Professional & polite at all times.
Lovely quality item speedily delivered with plenty of updates about the progress of my order.
I have used my bathrobe already for my visit to the spa/swimming and it is perfect - I had someone compliment how nice it is.
My only problem now is that my partner has his eye on it, so I imagine I will be ordering another!
Highly recommend Hartdean!

Everything about my experience with Hartdean has been excellent. The website was easy to navigate and use, Jon was helpful and enthusiastic when I called with a question before ordering, the order arrived when expected and as promised, and the product was exactly as I had hoped.

This company’s product is honestly superb plus ordering and delivery is easy.

This is the second order from them. Last time was around 4years ago.

Towels dry you easily and best of all with all the recent rain they dry quickly after laundering!

Absolutely amazing. 🤩

Easy to order & great product. We have been ordering Eco-knit towels for the past 10+ years. Towels keep their shape better than the 100% cotton and dry faster.

My order was received the day after I placed it, and the quality of the towels was of the highest. I will never hesitate to purchase similar products from Hartdean. Thank you.

Easy to order. Have used the Eco-knit towels for many years and find the products superior to standard cotton toweling.

Great quality towels, soft and comfortable feel whilst being Ecoknit and dries well. Quick delivery service.

From ordering through to delivery a smooth process. We are just about to open a small B&B offering (having sold our much larger Guest House). We have used Hartdean towels for the last 15 years, nothing else comes close. They are just superb in terms of wear, speed of drying, touch, great absorption - we use them ourselves. The eco credentials are real - they save a fortune in drying costs and last years.

Late review as I just started using these towels. These towels are just amazing. Light weight, fluffy, dries quick and very good quality. They sent some extra samples of towels which was very thoughtful. Definitely going to order some more soon! Thank you!

The header towels are fantastic quality. Really soft and wash and dry great.

Deliverers very quickly and a really nice product if I had to say one negative thing I contact the company about an ordering problem and didn’t find the very helpful . This is why I’ve scored a 4 not a 5

Great value & quality products for the money. Great customer service so friendly & helpful. Fast delivery.

My order was delivered on time and to the products met my expectations in quality. Thank you.

Excellent customer service, quick delivery
