Van and Tim communicated the remote purchase procedure very clearly and delivered the BMW in the "mint" condition as promised. The purchase was very smooth and transparent, giving me sufficient reassurance to fully pay for the car under "Distant Selling Regulations" with 14 day period within which they would collect the vehicle and provide a full refund if I was not completely satisfied. A split Prop Shaft Dampener was a concern and I put car into my local BMW Dealer to rectify under their Used Car Warranty. BMW initially refused to replace under warranty as not damaged sufficiently. Despite BMW approach anf the vehicle being deemed safe to drive, Van agreed to contribute 50% to cost of replacement to provide me with reassurance. Ultimately BMW accepted replacement under their warranty as the Giubo was more damaged than they initially considered. I would have no hesitation in buying from Hartlepool Motor Company again.

I purchased a Mercedes Coupe 2017 from Hartlepool Motor Company. I could not be more pleased. I was a little anxious as I bought online, and I am on the other side of the country from Hartlepool.
The delivery was exceptional, and I was more than pleased. A few weeks later, I noticed a slight problem with the Stop-Start functionality. I mentioned this to Van and he advised me to get to a reputable mechanic and get a diagnostic test implemented and he would sort it. The issue was a slightly low battery level and a sensor. The work was executed, and Van covered the whole process with the mechanic—exceptional aftersales, service and integrity.

Great company! Great experience, quality staff who know their stuff. Completely hassle free buying. Chose my car one day and picked it up the day after!

What a fantastic service we received from start to finish. Van and Tim could not have done any more or have been more friendly. We gave Van a brief and he sourced the perfect car for us quickly and at a very good price. Cannot fault any of it. I was always quite wary of the motor trade but these guys are the real deal. Recently bought a Volvo from HMC, i made the enquiry via Autotrader and having done this many times in the past, Tim was the first person to have ever made contact, within 2 hours the deal was done including Part ex, which was better than 'we buy any .......... ' completely happy with the first class service. They even settled my outstanding finance on my Part ex straightaway
