Very long delays in delivery which meant the electricals good did not arrive on time to be fitted by electrician which had to be booked ahead. Their tracking system was faulty so could not track items to re book electrician. They reply was ‘it will update soon’: never did. Then they demanded I return the item in tracked conditions
Emergency replacements ordered
When tried to return items for a refund, they offered 10% store credit or 15% refund. Completely unacceptable. I had to return items to China at my own expense. Still waiting for refund

I ordered a Nordic Style Glass Pendant Light from Harunouta for £197.96.

The item I received did not match the appearance shown in the product photographs. The advertised fitting showed a more finished brass/gold upper section with discreet suspension lines, whereas the item supplied had prominent transparent plastic-covered cabling with the internal wires visible and a plainer, shorter upper fitting.

I contacted Harunouta promptly and explained that the item was not as advertised. I provided photographs and confirmed that the light had not been installed or used.

Harunouta offered partial refunds if I kept the item, but I wanted a full refund. They eventually said I could return it for a full refund, but required me to pay the cost of returning it to Shenzhen, China. I asked for a prepaid return label or collection because my complaint was that the product supplied did not match the advertising, but this was refused.

The matter is now being dealt with through my bank.

Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering buying from this company to check the return arrangements carefully before ordering.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM.

Sent incorrect, and damaged items. Will not refund in full, will not pay for return shipping. They do not take any responsibility for their actions. Completely going against CRA2015.
