Order product, send money, product doesn’t arrive . Happened twice out of 5 or so. If it wasn’t for Canada post getting involved, I would never get a refund. Canada post refunds the company not you.
It’s pretty strange how every time they ship a product it only arrives sometimes.

i just recently found out about hoc,have ordered twice now,it was here in 3 days both times,great products that i ordered, second order came with a free sample, first order came with a cool sticker,I have told my friends about hoc,and now they are buying also from them,I recommend hoc for your hash buying ,and im gonna try some of their weed product on my next order..Great price! Brutal service
I have had four orders screwed up by them and no communication until I follow up a week later. Now they're refusing to provide. Orders are over $500 each time so not small orders.

Since they changed companies it has gone downhill. Don't send money to them and I'll be calling me RCMP as well
